The last 5 seasons will be something I will cherish forever. First and foremost I want to thank all of my teammates, love you all and we will always be brothers! To Dallas, THANK YOU for helping me become not just a better ball player, but helping me mature even more as a person! The city and organization embraced my family and I with open arms and even though things didn’t end the way I wanted them too, I am forever grateful. Will always be love
Thank you, God Bless 🙏🏾

Say what you will, but the dude was always a pro and the best thing outta of the zingus trade lol

Class act. I might be the only Mavs fan who’s gonna miss him. I became a basketball fan going to see Tim Hardaway play at UTEP, so I had a sentimental attachment to him and his problematic Dad. I will always appreciate his supreme confidence.
Go get those 20 shots a game king
I loved THJ’s passion and desire to win. The dude is the definition of a professional – pay cut, minutes cut, literally anything the mavs asked of him, he did while not ruining the team’s chemistry. He made for some exciting moments that will be forever remembered…
Man I love THJ.
Really one of my favorite Mavs ever tbh as weird as that sounds.
Whenever he would get hot and go nuclear, it was one of the most enjoyable things to watch.
I’ll miss him.
Through the highs and the lows. Thank you for every thing Timmy I will miss you, but not your dad
The Hard Joice
Even though he stressed me out, he was a good ambassador for the Mavs. Thanks for the years, Tim.
To his Dad, good riddance.
Great guy who chose us after he lit it up in the Playoffs. He could’ve went elsewhere but he chose to come back here. Good luck, Tim!
Seems like such a nice guy and great teammate. Sad about the way it ended but really enjoyed his time here. Thanks for everything Tim, wishing you nothing but the best!
Never had a problem with THJ beyond of his streaky performances on the court and how much we were paying him. His dad was very annoying though
Wow, I’m not that gracious to those that fire me!
I’ll be goddamn if he didn’t piss me off 80% of the time, but you gotta respect the fact that he never pouted, never complained, and never stopped being a professional. Happy trails Timmy
He was supposed to be a salary dump. Was willing to work on his game and be a plus player for the majority of his time here. Hope he has a great season in Detroit!
This guy was such a good personality fit in Dallas and such a class act. Best of luck to him in the future!
i became a fan in that bubble run vs the clippers, when kp got hurt and it looked like it was all left up to luka, who was going crazy, despite the clips trying everything to stop him, including injure him further… tim really stepped up in terms of effort, but also protecting luka and trying everything possible to make luka’s life at least a little bit easier
it was difficult to watch him struggle with his shot but he always tried his best and do his best for the team
He will always be the king of taking charges 🥲
Thj should read these comments instead of the insta comments. Instagram made me disappointed in our fanbase
