I’m really happy that he was able to pick up another opportunity somewhere. While defensively it was never an ideal fit, I do think the steep drop off he had across the board in the second half of the season had a lot to do with the toll Deki’s passing had on him rather than any kind of basketball-related decline. Rooting for him to have a bounce back season next year!

Yay. Love this for him. He was pretty good off before he (and CP3) got injured midway. One of the bright spots off the bench this season.

He can pass and shoot the three, and DEN is used to protecting a limited-mobility big man on defense, so maybe he’s a backup for Jokic.

I’m happy to see him get paid after I thought he was only going to get vet minimum offers. With that said, I am shocked at the deal. He has a player option on the second year? Wow. His agent deserves props for that. It’s like Denver didn’t watch him at all last season. And it’s not like Denver has a lot of these resources beyond vet minimums.
