Nuggets received a 2025 2nd rounder (from PHI) as part of the Reggie Jackson trade – does this change anyone’s mind about this trade or the off-season in general?

This combined with the Saric move, and obviously at least two more signings (one of which will most likely be Vlatko), what do we think about the off-season now? I’d say a B all things considered. Would’ve loved for them to spend big money and make a splash move, but this makes me hopeful the front office knows Jokic will be around for at least one more contract, 5-8 years.

Yep. I’m even more mad about how we didn’t even try to use our second round pick this year on Bronny.

BTW who is this tweeter? Is he credentialed and credible?

  2. Thats decent

    E. Actually quite nice that philly needs to randomly give us a pick and cash out of this.

  3. Nice, now we have a second and a first to get off Zeke’s contract.

This helps a little, though I am still waiting to see what happens at PG.

Holmes seems like a future solid bench player who can potentially help fill in for AG and add scoring when needed. Vlatko is nice to keep around for chemistry with Jokic. Saric seems like he can fill in for Jokic off the bench right now, though his defense doesn’t seem great.

I’m not mad at any of those moves, they all seem ok, I just don’t think they will offset any potential issues with a backup PG.
