of course this isn’t great news but I feel like the way he’s holding it and rubbing it over with his shirt makes me think it’s a blister, cut or similar rather than a sprain type of injury. obviously the pics and videos aren’t close enough but just the body language reminds me of when you have a cut on your hand.
