Charlotte Hornets Sign Miles Bridges My Thoughts!!
yo what’s going on guys this Houston Sports Talk Back another video today and today the Charlotte Hornets have resigned miles Bridges to a threeyear $75 million deal I’m a little surprised by this I wasn’t expecting miles Bridges to return to Charlotte uh he had a lot of interest from some other teams that were looking to bring him in Cavaliers were interested Clippers were interested a couple other teams were interested in bringing him in but ultimately he decides to return to charlot which I thought was a little interesting uh he played 69 games last season with 67 starts 37 minutes per game he shot 35% from three and 21 points per game 7.3 rebounds per game with three assists per game I mean he wasn’t bad at the same time a lot of the a lot of time when he was playing great basketball was a very short-handed Charlotte Hornets team eventually they traded Gordon Hayward and they traded Terry roier uh they had Lamela ball and Mark Williams injured for most of the season so it was really just as you know look at the Hornets best players really Brandon Miller and miles bridges that were healthy throughout most of the season so uh miles Bridges is a great player I think he definitely deserved a lot of money um I think 25 million is a little ridiculous in my opinion although I feel like Charlotte’s overpaying just a little bit for him to return to Charlotte I guess they really wanted him back um I me he did play a great role for them in the 23 23 24 season averaging 21 points per game and he is a good piece for them to have if they’re injured a lot which look it could happen because two guys like Mark Williams and Lonzo ball are injured a whole lot I know Mark Williams only played like 19 games last season lamelo didn’t play often either uh lamelo I think only played like 20 something game no yeah lamelo only played 22 games last season so and Mark Williams only played 19 so lamelo missed a total of 60 games last year so they really could use some star power if lamelo’s continuing and continuing to get injured only played 36 games in the 2223 season 2122 season he was great played 75 games and then the 2020 21 season he only played 51 games which was a 70 that was a 72 Game season so he only missed 21 games in his Rook year only missed seven games in his second year but then the last two years have been really rough with missing games and being injured um I guess it just runs in the family I Lonzo hasn’t played in two years let me know your thoughts on the Hornets resigning miles Bridges I like the deal I think it’s a little bit of an overpay but I think there were a lot of outside interest on Miles Bridges let me know your thoughts in on the signing in the comment section and peace out
