start in P classic uh obviously another fast start what did you like about the first quarter I thought guys just came out with the appropriate like mindset of coming out playing our brand of basketball I thought defensively like we had a really good physicality to us the activity was really good again and then offensively we played with really good Pace uh we were able to stretch their bigs out to the three-point line I thought and get to some second side actions and uh I I thought Bryce’s played a really good game um stylistically this is obviously a different kind of opponent than you would normally see in summer league being a national teams uh what would you say the guys kind of benefited from facing a team like this and what was a little bit maybe tricky with what they did compared to what you would see I thought one of the biggest things was they bring a a high level of physicality on their end so our guys need to learn that even in coming NBA season that uh the the intensity is going to be elevated the physicality is going to be elevated you got to learn how to own your space and that’s where I thought everyone really responded at a pretty high level St you guys kept the turnovers down again I think it was right around 10 or nine it what you kind of credit to that the organization was it kind of the same as as last night yeah I think just guys being comfortable in the positions that they’re in uh they all know what they’re supposed to do they make quick decisions and get off the ball when appropriately and lastly I know one of the things we talked about last night was defensively defending without fouling um probably not as pleased in that area tonight and I’m sure you know China’s physicality played a part in that but what what are some of the things you think you can do to kind of clean up that area a little bit more yeah you know I I thought that I challenged the guys in terms of the the man on the ball uh you know I think that it started there not getting beat so easily and then once we were getting beat just slapping down and not having great discipline and as I challenged them as as usual this group like they respond and I thought that they really um stepped up to the challenge and they did a much better job in the second half of Defending without fouling and then also it’s not going to be perfect and they worked through it and kept competing
