The point guard situation is tough. I can’t imagine Castle will remain a bench player for long, but I don’t quite know where Tre fits in this situation either.

I legitimately hope the Spurs trade/drop one of Champagnie, Branham, Cissoko, or Weseley to hold on to Mamu.
He is better than all of those players, showed chemistry with Wemby at the end of the season, and balled out for Georgia in the olympic qualifiers.

Honestly against the CP signing but I could accept it if we hadn’t apparently promised a starting role. If we’re not going all in this year then it should be geared towards playing the young core together as much as possible. Castle should be starting PG from Game 1. Hopefully CP is a good enough teacher for Castle to learn PG without actually playing PG.

too small at the PF position I rather Spurs get a legit PF at least 6’9 or taller that play classic big or a bruiser defense minded that do all dirty work for the team
