and good all right here with Zach Edy Zach you just said a few minutes ago what it felt like to put that Memphis Grizzlies Jersey on for the first time first NBA Summer League game obviously you wanted to win but just a lot of learning opportunities 14 points 15 rebounds four blocks 34 minutes on the floor couple floor burns all of those kind of things you put into that effort tonight what did it feel like uh it’s it’s great you know just kind of trying to get comfortable trying to learn the system trying to learn learn how to play with everybody and getting comfortable on the NBA floor um it’s it was fun you don’t show a lot of emotion but when you got that dunk that put back over Walker Kessler’s head this is a a rotation NBA player he started a lot of games as well too what was that test like for you to go up against a guy that’s already been around Block in the league yeah I mean just just take as a challenge obviously like you said he’s a great player in the NBA um so kind of just taking that and and trying to trying to make my make the best out of it I I wanted that one for sure though what did it feel like uh just to be out there with your teammates this draft class we saw some moments from cam Spencer obviously uh Jaylen Wells was out there didn’t knock down a lot of shots but was still able to be active you guys defend it really really well yeah just just playing hard U just playing through your competitiveness sometimes when your shots not falling that’s all you can do just try to get stops try to make those hustle plays try to get those rebounds I thought I thought they did really really good with that and then lastly what do you look to build on moving forward in summer league as you go from here just getting more comfortable with the system like learning learning how how the Grizzlies play um that’s all that’s all sum Le is about just getting comfortable all right let’s get comfortable Zach Ed Michael Wallace Grand City media keep it locked on all of our coverage from Salt Lake City summer Le
