[Russo] Kawhi Leonard on how much will fall on him without Paul George being with the Clippers this season: “How much will be on me to lead the team? The same like it was last year. It don’t change.”

  1. I’m glad he can admit that he should have never brought PG here in the first place.

Breaking News: Our #1 option remains our #1 option after our #3 option leaves

Throughout the Earth and the Sky, he is that guy

Time for a Toronto run, KAWHIs got at least one more run in him!

  5. Now Kawhi HAS to play when the team needs him. That does change. He can’t rely on someone else to take the reigns and blame.

  6. Kawhi will never shy away from responsibility, that’s one thing. You’ll never hear weak minded quotes from him. You might not hear a lot, but when he speaks it instills confidence.

I think before the mic got on he said “(James?) is going to be on the court so” before he communicated with the microphone device which was not working correctly.

  8. He’ll give you 60 games (whatever the minimum is to make all nba team and get the bonus) and then dip. Come playoff time he might be good for like 1 or 2 games otherwise he’s just gonna chill on the sidelines.

What will the clippers season look like in terms of you playing and being present in the playoffs ? The same like it was was last year it don’t change. – Kawhi probably

Media trying extra hard to get some soundbites of Kawhi talkin shit on PG. Its not gonna happen. Kawhi/PG tried it. It didn’t work out. Now everyones moving on. Theres nothing else to it. They desperately want them to publicly blame the other. Truth is…they both hold *some* of the blame. Whole organization does from the top to the bottom. Theres no villain in entirety of the Kawhi/PG era for everyone to point fingers at.
