a little different than the first two games obviously very close there down the stretch what impressed you most about your your team’s composure in the final few minutes uh the biggest thing was like being down five at halftime and like it’s kind of a road game for these guys and it was the first time we had been down for the whole summer league and I wanted to see what they did with their backs against the wall a little bit and the way that they responded it came out in the third quarter and gave up only nine points and so I thought our defensive intensity was really good and uh our end of the game execution like when we needed stops at the appropriate times at the right moments the guys did it going to ask about that third quarter they on a little bit of a run there in the second and then you guys went there I think we’re plus 15 in the third it was defensively you just mentioned it was that was kind of the key there was anybody in particular that you were really impressed with that kind of led the charge in that you know I I thought it was a collective group that did it um I thought that we switched up our coverages um we put some guys on some different uh non-traditional matchups and our guys just had a great open mind to them uh and then the activity behind it was just really good um I think that they bogged us down a little bit with their Zone it threw our offense off and we were out of uh out of a rhythm but I thought we got some really good looks in that first half too you had some guys that uh had to step up a little bit Jake taking starting spot today because of injury what did you think about him and the way he was able to take on an expanded role the first couple games yeah you know I would just say number one like Jake was uh Mo was really good for us in those first couple games before he got injured and so um trying to replace him I thought it was a collective group and I thought James stepped up I thought that Jake stepped up and they each did um some great things in different moments you know I thought that their defensive impact at The Rim coming over and going vertical and even though guys kind of scored I told them let’s not be obsessed every time with the result of things but like the process was great and then offensively I think they did a good job of kind of just dominating the pain I know it’s probably a little bit more stressful having a finish like this compared to the first two games but um just what what can have a game like this what can it benefit for you for you guys to have a game like this where it’s not you know up 25 30 points in the fourth quarter yeah no stress I think that we’re prepared and uh we’re ready for anything that uh the game kind of bring our way and i’ I’ve felt that from this group they’ve kind of bonded together really quickly really early and I just think that what it does it just gains character like competitive character at the end of the day now we know that if we’re down game’s far from over uh we know what it takes to kind of get back into games um you think it helped it all being out to Sacramento so early oh for sure it definitely helped us get adjusted and I think just getting to know each other and and competing and and playing together and doing the team dinners it just brought us together a lot quicker
