[Music] uh we just obviously talked to Nico and he talked about you shooting just how you felt like you’ve been getting your rhythm going now that you’ve been able to get in the gym for a few days yeah it’s been uh GRE uh great weeks since uh the draft you know be able to get back on the gym uh doing like a routine and everything so yeah it’s good to be back on the gym and uh and uh then like two days ago practice uh uh like team practices so yeah it’s very uh exciting moment you know and uh I’m I’m super excited to be here and then on Friday you and Alex are going to get to face off again I’m sure you guys have had those moments before in the past what are you looking forward to going up against him on Friday um we like you say we did a we we had a lot of good uh moments especially in the national team for like three years in the row but from my point of view is like more about o versus Wizards and uh really focus on you know on the team and how can I make like how can I have my team to win the the game so it’s not about us it’s not about Alex and me know it’s more about like basically ORS against whizzles Nico talked about how uh the NBA game is different than the European game have you notice a difference and how so yeah that’s there is so many difference between uh those two uh first of all the the court is uh bigger is bigger and uh just the way the way we play here it’s kind of different and uh that’s you know that’s that’s good and uh I’m that’s a part of the the the the game and I’m really you know it’s really interesting for me to discover and be able to play here with uh all those great players so I’m really happy so you working on your three-point shot a little bit he talked about how there’s a difference in the European game with it being a little bit closer a little bit further away so how what adjustments do you have to make yeah like you said that’s not the same this three points line is a little bit like far from uh where like in Europe and uh yeah just you know doing reps and uh shooting again and again so I can uh adapt myself but it’s uh like in this kind of environment uh this facility is really easy you know to uh put the work and uh get into the gym really really often you know so you said all these great players what have you noticed about your teammates so far uh those guys are like great players but uh I think most important great great guys and uh I’m really you know uh grateful to to be like to be a part of this team and uh I think yeah like I can’t wait to to play with them uh in the real game we uh like we we play out in in practice and uh it just you know step by step and not just way to play with them how many of them have tried to speak French to you so far uh ni Nico Nik triy a little bit because uh he had a French teammate Malcolm kazano uh back in Serbia so he knows a like some words French is okay yeah he got he got a good you’re trying to be nice we can tell no well obviously you don’t speak French but when he when um when like you find good words bad words sometimes and he got he got a good accent so this is funny Mo speaks a little French doesn’t he yeah yeah there’s like um Mo so he s so he speak French too um and that’s it for now you showed some courage throwing that first pitch at at the Braves game not growing up with baseball what was that like for you how nerve-wracking was that uh uh yeah I was kind of nervous but I had great advice from my teammate niol and uh so yeah that but that was a like ex exciting moment and uh you know uh the just being at a Braves game for the first time like baseball game for the first time of my life was amazing in magazine experience and uh and uh yeah that’s great now he told us he he knows nothing of baseball either so what advice did he give you I don’t know if you saw the video but he like kind of you got to do this do this and I was like all I’m going to listen and uh yeah just like no pressure that was a fun moment so but also like I can I can throw a ball like you know that that’s that’s I’m not a professional so I I wasn’t trying to go faster or or whatever I just wanted to throw the ball and I know how to do it so that’s not a so much like a big deal you know if you did a Google search you would see that it’s not easy for everybody that there have been some comical attempts straight into the Dugout but I don’t don’t know about that like I’m U yeah just trying to do my best uh in every sports for so yeah I did it and that that was cool what did you think of the game of baseball is a slower paced game than obviously basketball is it is really slower than basketball but actually like people told me that maybe I I was getting uh boring or something but I had a good time you know and uh I think it’s because that was my first time but yeah I had really a good time over there and uh maybe I’m going to watch or going to another game for sure two more please Nicole talked about his like welcome to the NBA moment was that first practice did you kind of have a a moment where it hit you that you were finally in the NBA sorry can you repeat again so his first moment that he felt like he was in the NBA was that first practice so when did it hit you that you kind of made it to the league um I don’t I don’t really know uh maybe when uh uh like maybe like him when I I put my jersey with the like my number and the the like The Oaks on on it and uh yeah maybe that’s when I I put my jersey on and uh you know that was a PR moment for me and uh yeah that’s like it’s a dream come true you know and be able to work into those facilities those this jersey and uh those great people around me it’s like it’s like amazing you know and that’s where I you know like realize a little bit that uh I did it you know but it’s not like the IDE of the world you know and like I want to say it’s something like you got um now the the real work start you know and uh I’m just exciting to start over and uh yeah start a new Journey you know what do you hope to personally achieve in summer league and what do you hope the team achieves we want to win we want to win uh I think that’s like we competitors and uh that’s the main thing yeah we want to win games we want to win the summer league so we’re ready to we’re ready to do whatever it takes to do you know so to do and uh that’s the the main important and uh
