Lakers Answer To All Their Trades Are The Jazz

Lakers Answer To All Their Trades Are The Jazz

what’s going on everyone seems just like yesterday Lakers had Russell Westbrook and we had this dilemma of like how do we unload Russell Westbrook nobody wants Russ we got all these reports all these talks all these these naysayers saying that it was impossible Lakers would never be able to get rid of Russ it will take two first just for somebody to take that contract get over it it’s never going to Happ you’re delusional Tyler stop coming up with these trade scenarios about Russell Westbrook never going to happen and I talked about Utah talked about Danny AES and everyone said ah Danny AES he’s a Celtic he’s never going to trade with the Lakers you’re foolish and I was like he’s not a Celtic he’s a Utah Jazz and on a white horse like a night to save the day Danny AES came he came and saved the Lakers Lakers make a trade get to the Conference Finals and it was just unfortunately not the the you know Never Ending Story that we hoped right it wasn’t this peaceful it was ah we lost to Denver and then fast forward we lose Denver again and now here we are again and the Utah Jazz have the potential to be the Savior for the Lakers again Danny AES coming back in his White Horse like the nighty is coming to save the Lakers day Danny haes could be the answer to most if not all of the Lakers problems right now it’s just what will be the cost now what answers what how can the Jazz help the Lakers well outside of like the Walker kler trade which would be fantastic and I really hope the Lakers figure that out now there have been some updates originally it was thought that it was only going to be one first but supposedly Utah Jazz turned down two first from the Nicks to go uh trade Walker Castle there couple things you have to keep in mind with that though right one the Nicks if it’s their picks probably the worst picks in the league right because Knicks are young and they’re incredibly talented they’re probably going to be young incredibly talented for quite some time two they were protected what type of protection if it’s like top 10 protected well then like what’s the point like now you’re trading for a non-lottery pick for a guy that you know could be a real Cornerstone for you so it’s like not all firsts are Tre are created equal right not all first are the same but is that more of like I know we want more is that more of just like like it pertains to the Knicks Danny AES has said numerous times that the Lakers picks are in his opinion the most valuable picks out there because he believes that once LeBron James and Anthony Davis end up leaving the Lakers the Lakers are going to be terrible and he’s willing to kind of Bank on it and so he wants the Lakers picks he also owns the 2027 pick so Lakers could give up protection on that pick as well as throw in maybe a 2029 pick but more than anything right W again Walker Kessler would be fantastic and may I’ll Circle it back around to Walker Kessler here in a moment but more than anything the Jazz could take some of our salary and help us with the consolidation trade and open up you know the the midlevel taxpayer midlevel get a trade exception could do there’s a lot of possibilities that we could use the Utah Jazz for to potentially work out and facilitate other trades right Utah could be part of a three team deal I did a video diving into Jeremy Grant um and potentially doing like a jazz Portland and Lakers trade uh some of you want to see like uh it’s kind of the same thing but with uh the Nets and cam Johnson rather than Jeremy Grant so I’ll definitely have that video down down the line so look forward to that I’m unless some crazy trade cut happens or something but Utah is kind of the in the perfect spot to really give the Lakers the most options right like Utah could potentially be the springboard that the Lakers need to put themselves in position to pull off a Jeremy Grant trade or pull off a you know a a a cam Johnson trade or maybe you know even like a Zack LaVine trade down the line or maybe you’re getting both right or even if you just want to clear some spots right so like the Lakers bare minimum are more likely than not going to do a consolidation trade more likely than not they’re going to unload you know cam reddish and Christian Wood seems to be what who the Lakers want to to unload seems like they want to keep Jackson Hayes if they trade for Walker Kessler maybe they feel different about that but I I do understand their thought process on kind of keeping Haze over wood and reddish I think it’s kind of boils down to two reasons in my opinion again it’s just my opinion but I think one it’s you know Hayes’s age right he’s still very young with a lot of upside and potential but I also think that he’s actually a seven-footer that you know Lakers already are thin and it’s like Christian Wood yeah Christian Wood’s the better player but he’s more of a four than he is a five so it’s like now you desperately need a center if you’re going to do that and who knows that there’s even one on on the market that makes sense is available right um you know and to me it kind of bring back W Kesler into this if I’m the Lakers I’m trying to figure out what would it cost what will it take for us to not only land Walker Kesler but you take back some more money and it doesn’t even necessarily like in a perfect world they’d take like he’d take like Gabe Vincent’s contract right it’s like now you just freed up your taxpayer mid level and you got Walker Kessler like in a perfect world that that’s that’s best case scenario realistically that’s probably not happening right but DLo cam reddish and Jackson Hayes those three guys or not Jackson Hayes uh uh uh Christian Wood right those three guys are all expiring those three guys are all basically just guys that you could ride off at the end of the year and you’re good also you could look to maybe flip deal like there’s talks about the Nets supposedly wanting Dow well okay if you do right if you’re the Lakers or if you’re the the Jazz like you care less what you get for him can you get a second or two seconds so not only did you get a first so not only did you turn Walker Kessler into like say a first and remove protections on the 2027 pick if you could turn DLo into a second or DLo into two seconds then you also got a second or two on top of that so you really turn Walker Kessler into you know another first 2 seconds and that right so it could be this kind of chain reaction and so maybe Utah could kind of be in line and could actually be our sort of saving grades here right they could maybe potentially be the the the kind of facilitator and like I said they could even help facilitate trades right A lot of these teams like they don’t want to take back salary or they don’t want to take back a piece or whatever you know they’re like ah like what are we going to do with dowlo right like cuz again like that was one of the things talked about with the the demard Rosen trade is that like the Chicago Bulls didn’t want to take back d right like they just don’t have a need for him so it was like okay well maybe the Lakers can use the Brooklyn Nets as that third team maybe Danny Haynes could be that maybe he goes hey I’ll take DLo throw me a second or two you know just again let’s say you’re not even getting Walker Kess or anything that say you’re just using them as a facilitator well then you know you give up some pieces right kind of like look at uh the Spurs with Harrison Barnes right they go and they’re able to get that that what was it 3 31 first um you know take on Harrison Barnes money do like do all the like if you’re the Lakers maybe you could use Utah as kind of that place where it’s like maybe Utah’s taking something and then you know taking on a contract or taking Dow or something now it’s one thing like oh Lakers you know Lakers not going to give first salary yeah it’s correct but Harrison Barnes has owed like 37 million over the next 2 years where Dow again is like an expiring contract now if they were going to have to take like Gabe Vincent then you know maybe you’d have to give up more but you could also work something out to where it’s like hey we’ll take you know we’ll take Colin seon right like I like Colin ston if you trade DLo Colin Sexton makes more sense or if you unload if you start trading if you trade DLo Gabe Vincent and start unloading guys like you might look up and go hey we need a kind of a point guard we might need another guard and that’s where seon can come in right so maybe you could convince them like hey you owe seon like 37 million over the next cuz I think he has like 18 million this year and then 19 million the next year look at him and go hey like we’ll take sexon right he’s a piece that makes sense he’s a piece that helps we’ll take him we’ll take Walker Kessler do us a favor you know take you know DLo and and Vincent and whatever else right reddish and and and Christian Wood and it’s like you take those four guys give us Kesler give us that we’ll we’ll remove our our protection on the 2027 pick we’ll give you the 2029 first right maybe it’s top three protected or something like that and now you just got two really good quality pieces that can help now in the future the Utah Jazz right if they take like something like Gabe Vincent they’re they’re still once all is said and done they’ll actually be saving seven million a year right so they actually save some money in that regard and then because again uh gab Vinson’s only making 11 million compared to seon who’s making 18 and 19 million so if if you’re them hey we we save some money in the lawn run right which also gave Vincent could end up being a trade piece again at 11 million there’s a team that may end up wanting to take him especially if he can stay healthy I mean he is a legit 3 and D guy at the guard position and somebody body that was in the the finals is like starting point guard right so like there is a lot of excitement if Gabe Vincent can get healthy right so again Utah could be that sort of springboard for the Lakers there’s so many different combinations in which the Lakers I mean I could probably make a hundred videos just breaking down the various things that that Utah could provide for the Lakers because they have cap space they have you know they Danny a wants to stockpile assets he wants to stockpile as many as possible he also thinks that the Lakers picks are the most valuable there are and he’s banking on it and to me if you’re the Lakers I I feel like you trust the brand you trust that you know like because look Danny AES could be right I mean post LeBron post ad it’s very possible Lakers are bad but to me it’s like you know I mean look at like after Kobe Kobe retires after Kobe retires everyone’s like oh you’re never going to get another guy no one’s coming to save the Lakers Lakers going to be terrible forever and what 2 years after Kobe retires LeBron comes and we get Anthony Davis and we win a championship so to me it’s like there is this argument of trust the Lakers Brin trust that like if you build it they will come you get a guy like a walker kastler you you get you know if you can develop some of these young guys properly right yes I know it kind of feels like no one wants to come but it’s a lot it’s a big difference when you’re coming for potentially less money and you get to be the third guy rather than LeBron and AD are gone and it’s like okay well now I get to go there and I get to be the guy or the second guy and the Lakers have the money to pay me and like there two completely different scenario the Lakers are still the Lakers La is still LA right the the beach The Nightlife the women the the business the everything right like it’s still Los Angeles right A lot of these players want to live in Los Angeles so and the Lakers have a history of showing like hey we take care of our star especially towards the end of your career right did it with Kobe paid Kobe all that money even when people were like ah this was foolish they should shouldn’t do this is a bad business move and B blah blah LeBron went hey I’m getting up there let me go you know so LeBron leaves you get one of these stars that are you know 30 32 and they’re like you know I got maybe three to five more good years left in me let me go to the Lakers right like let me let me go play with the Lakers let me go try to win a championship towards the end of my career I know that they’ll take care of me look at what they did for Kobe look at what they did for LeBron right those are the kind of things like building that but I uh I do I think you you kind of use Utah you kind of use Danny a you’re kind of like hey I scratch your back you scratch mine time thing and you you try to come to a to an agreement and again you have options whether it’s just salary dump whether it’s you’re getting a couple players whether it’s facilitating a three team whatever Danny AES may be the Lakers best friend but anyway as always this is a discussion I pass a question on you let me know thoughts and opinion down in the comments below what do you think how do you feel what are your thoughts do you think that yes look Utah Danny haes they are the answer get on the phone with Danny hnes try to work something out go get Walker Kesler Colin ston both um just do a salary dump again however feel whatever your thoughts are I’d love to hear it so let me know down in the comments below that being said if you haven’t liked this video hit that like button help been a lot me enjoy these types of videos and I truly appreciate it not subscribe Channel hit that subscribe button turn on the Bell notifications appreciate y’all see you in the next one thank you

Lakers are looking for the best option in the NBA Trade Market. Lakers News is in abundance but has a few obstacles with the current roster to overcome. The Utah Jazz could be the answer to all Lakers Nation prayers. Jazz could help facilitate a Lakers Trade or even be the main trade partner to upgrade the roster.

  1. Bros
., we can't make a homerun trade every season. The league just doesn't work like that. I think the Lebron syndrome has rubbed off on a lot of you. Look at how most of us blame everything on Dlo, when Reaves had been terrible all last year. Look at how we excuse Lebron terrible effort on defense for the past 3 seasons. Look at how Lebron never takes responsibility for getting players and coaches traded. The Lebron divaism has cursed the Laker community

  2. Tyler keep making these videos lol they đŸ”„ I love hearing different trade breakdowns because that's all I hear in the streets anyway lol Lakers definitely need a Cam Johnson or Grant i wouldn't even entertain Kuzma he's good but LA would look foolish giving up a lot for him

  3. What’s the point of trading for cam Johnson? What is the point of trading our players for guys that either aren’t upgrades or do very little to move the needle. We’re not going to to eclipse the top 6 teams in the west or the top three teams in the east. We’re at best a top 12 team in the league which puts us square at avg. Lebron should not be the reason we blow up a team to stay exactly the same

  4. I agree if Walker comes. Maybe Hayes is gone.
If kesler and grant come. And Rui is part of that. We kinda need to keep wood over Hayes and kesler will play all the back up minutes. And wood isn't a bad option if rui is gone.

  5. Rob doesn’t get the Lakers tax excuse on this one. The Jazz have proved they are willing to trade w us, and there are numerous ways of getting a Kessler trade done. Rob needs to come thru on this one!

  6. If u trade dlo without getting Colin sexton it limits the next trade like cam Johnson or something because now you only got one first and not enough salary to match

  7. Ppl acting like dlo is complete trash and that’s not the case yea he has games he didn’t show up but no way id just unload him for nothing I believe with jj dlo will become better also Gabe n Vando was out majority of the season and both are pretty good players will a healthy team I do believe Lakers would be better this coming season. Making some moves will definitely help and is needed to win a championship for sure

  8. Also most the top free agents Lakers couldn’t actually sign without making moves players aren’t going sit and wait for u to clear cap n stuff even without lebron offering to take a 20m pay cut La still needed to make moves to sign a top free agent don’t blame them for not waiting on La.

  9. I think the Utah Utah Jazz is a team that that kid Priscilla traded tray with the Lakers cause they build us out the last time

  10. Honestly i think Lavine gives the firepower we need along with Bron and A.D. jerami Grant is to stuck in his own ways and i don’t see him buying in plus he don’t move the needle. Cam Johnson same thing Dfs same thing we get anyone of those 3 you goin be looking to make trades again it’s pointless. Bron and A.D. want the front office to go all in and them 3 isn’t the definition of that I don’t think

  11. Why is Utah trying to trade Kessler? I don't trust it.. Something smells fishy.. plus he's a 1 dimensional player.. we got enough of those

  12. Rinse and repeat. Danny's plan is not complicated trade assets for picks and hope for the best.If we get Sexton Trent and WK like they say "Send it"! The best team in the loaded NBA!

  13. BR had this trade idea: Austin Reaves, Jalen Hood-Schifino, Maxwell Lewis, a 2029 first-round pick, a 2030 first-round pick swap and a 2031 first-round pick to the Utah Jazz for Lauri Markkanen

  14. Long as we keep Vando, our best defender with AD

Spencer, Reaves(sometimes) and we know Lebron can run point if we trade DLo and get Walker, Gary Trent, or Cam Johnson

  15. Lakers should try to get Harrison Barnes if he gets bought out and grab a center maybe a Seth Curry and just run what we have until mid-season deadline these Acquisitions will cost the Lakers zero

  16. It Wasn't Danny Ainge, it was the ownership of the Utah Jazz, not Danny ainge. It is
They that have the last Word
And it was they who wanted
The deal with the los Angeles Lakers. Not Danny.

  17. I felt like I was the only one who believed That the jazz can help us cover most of our needs
a center and a guard who can put pressure on the rim
keep up the great vids
F the haters

  18. Second time hearing your takes…good stuff but for future reference, it is pronounced ANG, like Angel, without the el!!

  19. I originally watched this guy because I liked what he had to say. But the non-stop trade videos everyday, I had to turn off the notifications. I can't keep listening to nothing

  20. Please review Jarami Grant's efficiency. Note it's at the bottom of the league. Who is Labron secondary ball handler once the Lakers move top 10 ball handler DLo. Lakers need to be careful that solving one problem does not create worse problems.

  21. Lakers have to put AR in a big trade. Everyone wants him. Trade him, DLO, Vincent, Cam, Rui, Hayes and a number 1 pick for three good ass players! Try to get Kessler, Grant and Cam or Sexton!
