  1. I don’t get what you mean by “open”? I thought they already said that he will spend a good chunk of time in G-League. This should be a non-story

  2. LoveTheHustleBud

With a fully guaranteed 3yr contract (something FRPs don’t even have) lol damn right he’s content, different last name and he’s likely on a gleague salary hoping for a 2way.

  3. Roll_Lakeshow

Doesn’t matter if he’s open to it or not, he’s not ready for the big leagues, he has to play in the g-league lol wtf?

  4. Spaghettibeach

way better than a second year in college and the attention he’ll draw is also good for the G league overall. Those guys are working their asses off chasing a dream, hell fuckin yea they’ll take a bigger audience any way they can.

  5. Franky-Mo

Who thought he was ready to play in the actual league yall crazy

  6. IskaralPustFanClub

Everything I’ve seen about Bronny just seems like a dude who wants to make the most of what he’s been given. All these other narratives and shit are external and so annoying tbh.

  7. KobePippenJordan_esq

$7M Guaranteed for G Leaguer. Nice work is you’ve got the right name.

  8. goingofftrack

Bronny works hard and has the right attitude. Why do people hate him so much for having good character and work ethic? He was a late second round draft choice and people are acting like the Lakers used a lottery pick on him.

  9. Key_Echo_8480

Oh it’s his only shot at playing high level American bball. He’ll still make 2m for the next 4 years though. Pops got him set up right

Outside of injury and the occasional rest game, we won’t be seeing him much. So just hope for the best for the kid and laugh at the LeBron haters on r/nba who are upset that he was able to get his kid a contract in the NBA. Seriously, these people are so mad that we got someone who looks very NBA-ready in Dalton Knecht that they have to get upset at the 55th pick in the draft.

  11. sweetleaf009

He couldve just went undrafted so we couldved picked someone useful at 55

🧢🧢🧢Rich Paul to JJ Reddick and Rob Pelinka:

“If Bronnys not in the starting lineup by the allstar break, Lebrons leaving next year”

If Bronny was looking forward to playing basketball “no matter what level” he’s playing at, he should’ve just stayed in college or played in Australia like Rich Paul threatened other nba teams with.

  13. Pardonme23

we don’t need to treat bronny like a special needs kid. we did the same thing with lonzo and it went nowhere. bronny isn’t good enough. he probably never will be. if he’s lucky he may one day aspire to be Gary Payton Jr. a bit defensive player who earned a decent contract one time. that’s it.

  14. SophisticamatedApe

This kid got 8 millies just because of his dad 😂

  15. TheMuffingtonPost

He’d better be open to it because that’s where the fuck he’s going

  16. Zealousideal-Tea-837

I mean obviously he’s gonna play in the g League lmaoo we just gotta let it all play out

  17. Seasplash

Buddy you weren’t play in the NBA this season to begin with.

  18. bebopblues

The thing is, he’s too small to be a forward/wing player, so not a 3 and D guy, and doesn’t shoot well enough to be a shooting guard, and doesn’t seem to have elite handles or court vision to be a point guard.

So as a role player, what role should he play, and what successful NBA player should he watch and pattern his game in order to become successful? Shooting is something he can improve on as that’s something that gets better with lots of practice, so maybe he can have a career like a Norman Powell or Eric Gordon.
