I know there something that coach was saying that wanted to see you do more handle how’ you feel about it being yeah yeah no it was good just get the first game Jitters out uh you know it’s it’s a new team it’s a new faces everywhere so uh you know again it wasn’t the result we wanted but we got better today so how are you approaching this on summer league team you’ve already put two years into the league I’m curious how you yeah I look at it as another opportunity to grow uh growing my leadership growing my game uh as a whole uh and you know again just try to piece these guys together get these Rooks along uh you know again we have a very talented team so we just got to you know bring them up to speed as fast as possible and you know make a run coach was saying last year Coach B was saying you need to see if you could be a parttime point is that something that is in you to do as far as that bringing to this to this team this year or yeah I think I can add it to my game uh you know again I just want to learn and and get better every day at it uh just get the Reps up this is why I’m here at Summer League to get those reps so uh you know again just try to improve on it watch the film and and go at it again on Tuesday you talked about kind of being a leader out there what was it like work with the rookies the two draft picks no they’ve been great uh you know again they’re super young they’re super talented they’re ready to work and ready to learn so uh really just having them uh on the team is is great and you know again it’s just young energy for them how did you feel in Golden State Switching Post some challenges for you guys yeah uh you know again cudos to them they play great defense uh they held the the ball screens on the Sid so uh it’s something that we we worked on a little bit uh but again just through the game uh you know we we didn’t didn’t execute as much as we wanted to so uh you know again we’re going to go back to the drawing board watch film and and fix it next practice what would you specifically like to build on from tonight’s performance going into the next one I think just uh slowing down a little bit playing at my Pace uh and again just not worrying about anything else but just just being present and and leading these guys in terms of the leadership is there anything specifically that you kind of look at doing or is it just trying to get all these different guys from different places on the same page yeah I just try to share my experience uh with them you know again the Rooks their their heads are flying everywhere and uh I’m just trying to be that sounding voice for them and that grounding voice and uh understand that it’s just basketball at the end of the day and um you know just just take it you know take it a run with it thanks
