[Shams] Westbrook maybe waived if the Clippers cannot find a trade. Denver Nuggets are expected to sign Westbrook once he clears waivers.

We should just adjust course and keep him if it’s not a necessary component of the Dunn trade. They’re really worried Ty is gonna play him too much I guess.

Turns out there isn’t a market for low iq chuckers

  3. This genuinely makes me sad. I’ve really grown to like Russ over the last year and a half. Its frustrating because I still think that in theory, he has something to give to a team. But, he really seems to struggle to understand his own strengths and weaknesses, and isn’t really able to play to them.

Clearly teams would only want him as a tank commander… this is proof the nuggets are blowing it up and ending the experiment

I can see it now. We meet in the playoffs and Russ bends us over.

  6. Hes 100% getting waived if no other team wants him. Why get russ at 4 mil when the nugs can get him at the vet min.

Signing off waivers means the new team takes his contract right? So, it basically let Denver take Westbrook without having to give out any draft picks. The risk for them is that some other team can claim Westbrook, but I’m guessing it’s a low risk and they would be okay with not getting Westbrook at all.

WTF. He will take up precious cap space. We are hard capped at the first apron.

Lawrence Frank needs to grow some bals

  9. Sucks that L Frank can’t find a trade suitor to take on his contract.

  10. Brodie forever a clipper for me. Always gonna be love 💓💓

I feel like if this happens it’s really a failure of the FO.

Whatever you want to say about the man, to not get anything in return for Russ for $4M a year, which is still a deal and sells tickets, is a travesty.
