NBA Summer League Day 1 Standouts
welcome to SBC daily and we’re here with the day one recap and today we’re going to be talking about the best performers from the first day here in Las Vegas in the first game we got to see the Orlando Magic Tak down the Cleveland Cavaliers Orlando scored 105 Cleveland had 79 obviously Cleveland had some good performers from imanii Bates as well as Craig Porter Jr and Jaylen Tyson came out strong but were not enough to stop the barrage that was the Orlando Magic Orlando came out and had themselves a game that game was 16 points from Joff Anthony black had 20 13 from Tristan D Silva jet Howard himself had 22 points looking like that year he spent in the G League now going into second season did him well then we had the Grizzlies game where GG Jackson Jake laravia led the way and rookie cam Spencer helped them get a win over the Sacramento Kings Reed Shepard who was the third overall pick in this year’s draft had a great debuted against the Los Angeles Lakers which of course bronny James was there who bronny James didn’t have as good as game is Reed who had 23 points cam Whitmore had 20 we got to see Barony James come out there alongside the Los Angeles Lakers Squad that was led by 25 points Dalton connect who was connecting hot from the basket but they still lost 99 to 80 to the Houston Rockets the Brooklyn Nets beat the Indiana Pacers Pacers Enrique Freeman came out and he had a solid game but JIS Walker at 25 swe Oscar schwebe had 17 and 12 from Johnny Fury Kendall Brown had 19 it was the Brooklyn Nets with Jaylen Wilson leading the away with 25 points and Keon Johnson over here had 16 points the man who could jump out the gym while the Martin Bros Tyrese Martin and Jaylen Martin had 11 and 12 points respectively now the match that everybody was waiting for the number one and number two pick faced off the Washington Wizards led by the four blocks that Alex SAR had Zachary rishes in the Atlanta Hawks now Zachary ret dropped 18 on 17 of 16 went three of nine from three while we got to see Mr Alex Saar who had four blocks dropped 12 points with seven rebounds and four assists while Bob Carrington had 19 and nine rebounds and eight assists and 18 points came from Justin champeny and Johnny Davis had 12 while also four seals from kesan George Off the Bench that was a good matchup while the final game for tonight was the Los Angeles Clippers and the Denver Nuggets now the Los Angeles Clippers were able to squeak by the Denver Nuggets the Los Angeles Clippers were led by second-year player who spent his first year in time on a two-way contract by the name of Jordan Miller out of the University of Miami out of the University of Miami now he dropped 36 points only two other players on the Los Angeles Clippers had double digit points and that was diate who had 11 and Kobe Brown who had 13 and they were able to stop the Denver Nuggets who had six guys or my apology they were able to stop the Denver Nuggets who had five guys in double digits PJ Hall had 10 Don Holmes the second had 11 while Julian strawther had 25 and 15 from Hunter Tyson while we got to see Trey Alexander have 12 now heading into tomorrow we’re going to be having another loaded set of games and hopefully get to see more debut from rookies and more impressive performances from second to third year players this is the first day of summer league more to come from SBC

Minnesota Timberwolves vs. New Orleans Pelicans:
The Timberwolves beat the Pelicans 81-74.

New Orleans: J. Hall (19 points, 9 rebounds, 3 steals).
Minnesota: T. Shannon Jr. (23 points).
Memphis Grizzlies vs. Sacramento Kings:
The Grizzlies secured a 103-83 win over the Kings.
Top Performers:
Memphis: Jake LaRavia (16 points, 6 steals), G.G. Jackson, Cam Spencer.
Houston Rockets vs. Los Angeles Lakers:
The Rockets won 99-80 against the Lakers.
Top Performers:
Houston: Reed Sheppard (23 points), Dalton Knecht (25 points).
Los Angeles: Bronny James’ presence noted.
Brooklyn Nets vs. Indiana Pacers:
The Nets triumphed 97-95 in overtime.
Top Performers:
Brooklyn: Jalen Wilson (25 points).
Indiana: Jarace Walker (25 points), Oscar Tshiebwe (17 points, 12 rebounds).
Washington Wizards vs. Atlanta Hawks:
Top Performers:
Washington: Alex Sarr (12 points, 7 rebounds, 4 blocks), Bub Carrington (19 points, 9 rebounds).
Atlanta: Zaccharie Risacher (18 points).
Los Angeles Clippers vs. Denver Nuggets:
The Clippers narrowly defeated the Nuggets 88-78.
Top Performers:
Los Angeles: Jordan Miller (36 points), Moussa Diabate (11 points), Kobe Brown (13 points).
Denver: Julian Strawther (25 points), Hunter Tyson (15 points), Trey Alexander (12 points).
