    I’m going to vent:

I am no longer enjoying having Bronny on this team. It’s not good for him, the team, or anyone who’s not named LeBron. I’m going to get downvotes but he should be at Dusquesne or some other mid major. Instead he’s on our roster, getting rolled out like some make a wish kid.

I mean we gave this guy a fucking 4 year guaranteed contract? He’s taking a roster spot too and has the lowest ceiling in the entire league. It’s embarrassing as fans, as a team, and especially for Bron. I genuinely hope Bronny improves but he has no feel for the game offensively.

  2. That’s consistency. Missing every 3 you take is pretty hard to do.

Makes me mad that the jumper looks nice. Maybe he’ll be ready in three years lol

He’s like Gianni’s brother but for LeBron now.

Y’all are some hoes for real. It’s not like we wasted a real pick on this kid the way y’all are crying on this sub you’d think we gave this kid the max and a few first rounders for him. If you ain’t gonna root for the team you can go hangout with those sorry ass clippers

  6. He fucking sucks man lmao it’s just pure comedy at this point

At least his defense is INCREDIBLY sound. You cant teach good defense sometimes with his effort. It’s room for concern with his scoring but he’s still got plenty of time and they will treat him as much. He’s not his father that’s for sure but with time I’m optimistic he can be good.

ANDRE DRUMMOND AND SHAQ FAN HERE

I think he’s good. Good defense is what the lakwrs need

  9. The Lakers aren’t living and dying on bronnys performance. He’s not expected to play in the regular season anyways. He’ll be stashed in the g league and by next summer league if he’s not improved then we have something to talk about.

Shooting slumps are a part of basketball. What matters most is not the slump itself, but how a player handles it.

    Austin Reaves on shooting slumps:

    >*”That’s basketball. I’ve spoken about it a million times. In all the sports, you go through times where you can’t hit the ball or you can’t seem to make a shot. Whatever sport it is, you go through your ups and downs and the whole message to him was that we’re not gonna stop passing it to you. I remember Bron and AD telling him that at a game at home, I can’t remember which game it was. But they were like ‘look, I don’t care if you miss 50 in a row, we’re still gonna pass it to you and have confidence in you to make the next one.’”*

Bronny needs to keep taking his shots. The most important thing is his persistence, not the immediate results.

The kid is cheeks. Like I look at it like this. This kid bronny has had everything and I mean everything given to him he has not had to work for anything and it shows in his game. How is it that he grew up around the game and he like this?? ? As someone else said we wasted a roster spot on him. I was never stoked about him joining the team and I’m still not. This whole time he been having his privileged ass life and he never worked and developing his jumper. He literally had all the damn money to get the best trainers and coaches to develop him so he’d be ready and nope nothing. Really hope he proves me wrong but we’ll see

Trae Young shot 18% from 3 in Summer League, for people ready to jump ship

There’s a lot of guys shooting terribly in summer league who were drafted this year. Dillingham was drafted top ten and is shooting 28% on 12.5 attempts a game. McCain was drafted a pick before the lakers and is shooting 23.3% on 15 attempts a game. Clingan who is a big who was drafted top 10 is shooting 26.3% on 9.5 attempts a game. Walter who was drafted 2 picks after lakers pick is shooting 29.4% on 8.5 attempts a game. Then there’s bronny who was the 55th pick who is shooting 21.1% on 9.5 attempts a game. Bronny isn’t the only guy who’s shooting terribly and taking time to adjust. Bronny might never be an nba player but summer league isn’t the best place to judge a player.

Didn’t he drain them shits at the combine like nothing? the mf tricked us!! 🤣

Remember when we said Westbrick wouldn’t be as bad if he made way less; well just pretend Bonny is WB but instead of making $50M he only makes $2M. We should be grateful Brick is now only making $2M!

  16. Borderlineskitso

So does he have zero chance of realistically improving any aspect of his game or does our toxic fanbase just love to sht on the kid?

  17. SlickWatson

dude is gonna make wiseman look like a good draft pick… 😂

  18. SquallkLeon

If he keeps working, he’ll be better than Klay was in his last game as a Warrior.

  19. TransportationAway59

Lakers got the best and the worst pick of the draft
