my hip a little bit she went I’m guarding I’m guarding Asia Wilson pick and roll and then all of a sudden rebound distribute and go I would pay used to be UNLV but I mean like really right now women’s basketball obviously and that is now a blue because of the Las Vegas Aces at 8:30 Eastern Women’s National team will take on the D I’m thinking I’m all alone underneath the bucket trying to put all of a sudden well right now Dallas is just trying to get into some type of offense Memphis and Dallas they’re just playing at two different speeds right now Dallas does get the turnover able to get to their sets shot clock at two croser and every time it’s been a tough shot the kind of experience his whole St West Miller is a young guy relatable Guy high teaching high energy playing a really fun style of basketball got Dylan Mitchell Jason March said about Jaylen Wells he has the best Instinct Dudley said he did not have the best reputation I had to be real with him this up and people may not have wanted to take that on he said because you got to be professional you got to have a skill set you’ve got to do something one is a value education and it’s not an embarrassing thing to be in school immediately after every single one of these games he said I will give and keep things moving here in the summer league J terrific pass an execute really nice job offensively look at the pressure the ball Miller passing Lane throwing it up on the other end we’ll get an easy one oh a reverse Jam Ali that Dallas is having to run their offense R look at the help there’s another deflection this team has been really impressive shot you got B you got shot making look at those hands Memphis again with dumers just throwing it up somebody go get it lack of communication right the piece that you guys feel like he needed obviously the the offensive piece and you know being able to guard his man but I mean he’s one of the best shoters the games ever seen kri he’s not just yeah I mean you’re always looking to get better but really for us the young guys you knowx um you know see that kind of dynamic with the clay with the PJ with Lua you have to guard you have to pay attention to that’s just going to make I think you’re going to see his offensive game the way he talks he’s learned a lot from Gafford he spent time here at G leag ignite in Las Vegas second round pick for you guys and what do you want to see from him going forward continue to grow tough he’s as tough as they come um and he wants to win he wants to play take on this role well Jared I mean it’s more than that he’s like he wants the players to come in at Boston College he was a hard noosed tough go career and then he could do it in small group settings and now he can command the presence of 15 guys basketball and be a bman and come in bust your butt every day I don’t totally agree with it because I think they’re really good guys I Concepts and understanding the big picture and I think we you know as long as coaching you’ve been you uh you don’t have the long-term Guild in terms of drills but now playing five on five um it’s it’s a tougher thing we’re holding the audience cuz you’re helping us hold the audience all right you said summer league is more about our players come back um so the veteran guys come back and I call it the epicenter of of the basketball Universe in the summer these these 10 days or whatever you actually can sleep after a loss or when you’re down sounds like you’re in the media now get the access what a jobed what a job he’s done a little more informal yeah so you know what I me oh there Scotty Pippen Jr again oh points that have all left led to lamps and he also has five assists as fact then those guys on the wings can get up passing range and basically Jackson with that jab step pull up three and that’s what they said um it’s been it’s been real nice being here and being able to you know see it in person what do you remember take that next step in my career um you know something that you can’t take for granted for sure um for Zach I’m excited for for our whole team and for the fit you gotum and um you know what we had done still wasn’t good enough you know we we know that we got to that but apart from that really just just working getting in shape um you know getting ready for the season well we’re looking forward to seeing a healthy game to the next level under control really good feeling making the right play but I thought that’s M vain you’re just talking him and then if he turns the corner and put defensive rotation I much better basketball player change ends to the floor good pass now my point was J is saying early on when they’ve gotten him in the gym you been launching and a 50% questions that he’s asking not just where he’s supposed to be on the floor he played for Matt P Matt p and when you have a guy like that you don’t coach him the same like you it’s not just a guy making a play like Spencer might have been D up going one on two spinning away making it easy nobody stopped the ball and Jackson finishes at the um so a lot of that has been our Focus since the end of the last season getting second Team all NBA rookie how a and obviously you see the offensive Talent a guy that you know with our core you know how he can run the floor a bit you know to get back that on the floor obviously doing a lot of great stuff with his a team you know just staying around the game for nine games but now that he can be back on the floor working working on his offseason program and like I thought he was a steal be honest I I ter just trying to figure out out how to utilize him and bring him along yeah it’s going to be a lot of players um them playing off with each other developing that chemistry identifying what their strengths as be something that can matter for us coming into this next season so that was the big Focus I don’t know if it’s some of Dallas but he his commitment to defending the basket defensively you see right now hopefully you know the fans at home watching I know his teammates are watching uh been showing in the summer uh growing other elements of this game becoming a you know more efficient play get a great turnover there great block by Dallas but uh here but to build that lead he’s making it the first question you know since the season ended we’ve definitely had a long offseason but you know being in the gym working as a staff or players down what has impressed you the most about this performance so far yeah I mean I just so many different guys benefiting from our just defensive tenasity summerly in this you know particular unique environment these guys have been really focused on that and it’s being a winning back again another guy yeah coaches even some of his teammates through the draft process everything’s positive this guy’s will genuine and it’s authentic uh you know we’re so excited about him I think he’s going to be a big contrib for the aces I mean okay so started started in college what was your role started in colle and who had practice player experience knowing that you can’t hurt them right like there’s there’s rules to being a practice player sh the one after me where it was like an old blank moment like you were wored that yeah what are you telling him I said well you know there was that play where as she starts laugh she remembered the play that’s too good okay y my hand up nice shot is that why they say warm up routine and how they get ready for games and practices you can tell a stretch is has impacted their ability they had to be separated multiple times beginning of the Season said those guys attitudes work ethic the daytoday work on guys performing it was a different situation this year because so many veterans got hurt but those guys had to work at this and they wanton team now an assistant coach at Kentucky and Kentucky watch redit for all the players yeah he uh so it is highle competition look I agree with everything you said you’re you you’re doing and now with nil I think you’ll see you know you’re going to see more guys stick around energy has to be reciprocated to you know to build what I’m not sure it I mean give my guys their props 9 seconds and a block some of those people work for the organization some people those people rebounding the ball not fouling people I mean some young coaches get an understanding and experience program they’re coaching in uh Sports the scenes that there’s more to being in Angel Reese will be in town tomorrow taking on AIA Wilson sustained
