am Amy you led the game in you either tied or led the game in points rebounds and blocks what’s your assessment of your all-around performance tonight um I felt like uh I was I was a little bit more impactful tonight um being able to make plays at The Rim um finish better and uh be a presence in the paint I feel like that’s that’s what they asked out of me and um I just try and do that tonight and hopefully and gladly it went went the right way tonight still offseason like for you you went in free agency L back pretty quickly what was that process like it was pretty good like uh whenever whenever they didn’t pick up the option um we we kind of we kind of we kind of figured out that it was probably the best idea to come back um both sides are happy with the work that we put on this year and um I was just glad that they wanted me here for the long run um so um it was pretty easy to pick up pick up the it was pretty easy to to settle down on the contract and all that was was it was easy what are you and her team hoping accomplish you know going forward in your career together like what you mean you and uh you know what are you looking for from staying with the team and what are they kind of hoping for you from you st here yeah just keep on growing um being a better player eventually getting getting getting more facets to my game keeping on developing me my game CU I feel like I I’m still I’m still tapping into the potential of what I can become as a player so um just be keeping on being patient keeping on working and in due time I feel like I can be able to I feel like we can all I can be able to impact the rotation and help the team win how enjoyable was last season for you getting kind of finding a home here and how much did you want to make sure you’d be back in Boston and on on another team no I felt I felt I felt a lot of love from the moment I stepped into the r back Center um even the fans too like I I felt so much love in the city so um it was pretty much a no-brainer for me um coming back and like uh it was it was really good for me to get a find a home and I just want to keep on building building it so I can so I can keep on making everybody happy have you been leaning on anyone for advice throughout the course of Summer League uh for not not really for summer league but like in general this this whole year like I’ve been relying a lot on Al like Al has really been really good for me in terms of like explaining all the stuff that they want me to do as a as a big fellow um and a defensive and a defensive uh and being vers versatile defensively so um it’s just guys like that that helped me help me become into the player that I’m becoming so first out is going to be out for a little bit they going to pay out there knowing what type of opportunity in front of you is that a source of motivation this offseason yeah of course um you know you know guys it’s going to be out um so you just got to attack it as early as possible trying to improve in all these facets of your game so you can come out there and just be impactful from the from the beginning of the year and even even later on like you want to be give Coach coach maula a headache of how many options he can throw in there so as long as I can keep on being better and getting being more more suble for the guys the the better the better for the team in general is there anything the coaches here in summer league are working with you on to sort of prepare you for that potential role chrs out at the end of next season uh yeah definitely you guys want me to get out there and just be imp impactful defensively on the on the paint and uh even more in the perimeter too um they’re getting me to just switch a lot more in the perimeter stay in front of guards so um that’s also one of the things I wanted to work in coming in on some leite and definitely staying out of f trouble we’re we all on the on the right right path thanks D good to see you
