Lakers, Bulls & Jazz 3 Team Trade? Zach Lavine & Walker Kessler

Lakers, Bulls & Jazz 3 Team Trade? Zach Lavine & Walker Kessler

what’s going on everyone so one of the players I am actually very for the Lakers going and trading for is Zack LaVine I think Zack LaVine can not only raise the ceiling for the Lakers enough to potentially put them in contention if everyone’s healthy and all things work I also think with the new uh TV deal coming in Zack lavine’s contract will get better over time I mean it’s not a great contract don’t get me wrong but it’s not going to be as impactful you know as you move towards the end his contract also lines up perfectly with LeBron and AD in that timeline so basically everyone’s money kind of falls off at once or like a year you know separated so from LeBron to 80 and LaVine so I think like you you basically get hit the reset button after that not only that but you bring in assets that now you can use to then pivot and go get another piece potentially right here’s the thing two biggest concerns that people have about Zack LaVine is his health which I do think is a bit overblown right several Reas you look at not this last year but two previous years 67 games 77 games right that’s good that I mean 65 games is the kind of cut off for a reason because that’s kind of the average that everyone’s playing so you give me 65 games were good I know people look at this last year man he only played like 23 25 games I get that but he also was expected to play out the rest of the season until the Detroit rumors happen and then when the Detroit rumors happened everyone was like yeah I he’s not going to Detroit and he was like I’m just going to get surgery right everyone was like even Chicago was like wait what like so that I just think he didn’t want to go to Detroit the other thing again is his contract and look again his contract isn’t great and if it doesn’t work you’re kind of stuck with him but what are your other options that are that Prov the ceiling rays in which he gives you right the Lakers aren’t a real Contender right now regardless so you can stand Pat and have a puncher’s chance or you could go get a guy in Zack LaVine and give you a even greater chance and still maintain flexibility to do other things right so to me it’s the the the gamble is worth the risk like the payout is worth the gamble right I’ve seen people like oh what about like a Malcolm Brogden or something like they mention another guy who you know has injury concerns cuz it’s also about what’s available there but to me somebody like that compared to Zack line yes the contracts are very different but the upside for the Lakers isn’t as great so it’s like yeah Malcolm Brockton would be nice but he can’t stay healthy either and he and the ceiling for the Lakers with him is a lot shorter than with Zack LaVine Zack LaVine is one of the best on ball catch and shoot guys right he is one of the best best just natural gifted scorers in the league he didn’t get 40 million just for fun right on top of that he’s a guy that wouldn’t have as much of a workload on the Lakers as he would with the team uh like the Chicago Bulls and to me again it’s about being able to do other things the last kind of issue is the dep people have concerns about the dep but you can go get Zack LaVine use that trade to then pivot into another trade and that’s where I want to kind of focus on to me you could use the Zack LaVine trade to then pivot to a walker Kessler trade from day one demard Rosen Zack uh Klay Thompson Jeremy Grant all of them it was always that guy and right like Jeremy Grant yes raises the ceiling but we’re not a contender right you need two maybe three pieces to really put you into contention stat with these other teams I don’t think the Lakers need like a full roster rehaul but I do think a quality upgrade or two can really do a lot you add in new coaching you add in you know Health hopefully let’s go let’s go try to win an NBA championship to me right now the Chicago Bulls are willing to attach Assets in order to pull off a trade for Zack cavine that’s how bad they want to get rid of them ideally they want to unload the two seconds that that they got uh in the demard Rosen trade but original reports were that they were willing to give up a first and they have three tradable first that they could give up now I would imagine it’s not going to be unprotected or anything like that probably going to have some protections if the Lakers are the only game in town you have some leverage in that regard but you’re G you’re gaining more assets that now you can use to better your chances for a walker Kessler trade so say Zack LaVine right you can either work this as a three- team deal or you could work this as individual trades however it might be best to kind of do it in a three- team deal just to kind of make sure all the little ducks in a row as well as like Utah can take on a little salary if like you need to kind of like get another piece in there or whatever so it probably is best in a three- team deal essentially what you’re doing is you’re taking something along the lines of D’Angelo Russell ruy hamura and Gabe Vincent those three guys you’re bringing in that clears your the salary that you need for Zack LaVine right d’angel Russell 18.7 ruy is 17 million that right there is 35 almost 36 million you add in Gabe Vincent that’s basically 46 million um almost 47 million in salary so you’re clearing a little off of what Zack Line’s making almost 4 million if you can you’re trying to throw in like a cam reddish or something to into that deal right cuz then that could clear um an extra you know two three million which could free up your mid-level ex or taxpayer mid-level exception so now you can bring it in say a Gary Trent right but you also got to keep in mind you have Lakers are only 45,000 from the second apron so not only do you have to clear 52 M or five 5.2 million for that taxpayer mid level you also need to save room in order to make a deal that can get you you know these signings to round out the roster right so to me that’s where I would try to use Utah or Chicago as a salary dump and that’s why I think as a three- team deal that would make it much easier because you could work something out to where again DLo ruy Gabe Vincent are shipped to a team like Chicago or you know if maybe Utah is like hey you know what we actually like ruie right we we’ll take ruy hot chimura right or you know maybe they’re like hey you know what like Gabe Vincent I think he’d be good with this roster or DLo you know what we we we would prefer to have DLo because he’s an expiring contract right maybe you do something like that so maybe D’s going for Walker kler right and then you’re bringing in a kler and then you’re basically piecing together you know Jaylen Hood Chino you know uh Christian Wood and um cam reddish right and you’re kind of packaging them to get because you got to remember Utah to be taking on Sal too so to kind of make the deal work to where okay now you can Land Zack LaVine now you can land Walker Kessler you’re giving up probably a first for Walker Kesler but if you can get a first from Chicago right maybe you can now do that or maybe they know maybe they’re they say they most will give you is the two seconds or maybe they’ll give you a young guy right can you get an IO right maybe a team like the uh the um Utah jaet maybe they’d be like hey we love to have a guy like that so maybe you’re shipping him out too right maybe maybe instead of a pick it’s like hey here’s a young guy here’s two young guys maybe you’re throwing in like a Max well Lewis or something to where you’re giving some young Talent along with the first right and now you can satisfy Utah Chicago is not the team you really would have to satisfy in this potential scenario it’s the Chicago Bull or the the Utah Jazz right Chicago they just want and are willing to give up assets to get off of LaVine so they just want to rid themselves of LaVine and his long-term contract so they are looking for a scenario where they can do that they know they’re going to have to take on probably three four four or five players in order to do that right so they’re going like there’s nobody outside of like maybe the Nets because they have like Ben Simmons expiring contract but that doesn’t make really sense for the Nets given the direction they’re going so Chicago is fully aware and if they’re not then something’s wrong that they’re going to have to take on several players in order to rid themselves of Zack LaVine and they’ve accepted that fact because they’re shopping and trying to get off of Zack LaVine and willing to give up back assets it’s the Utah Jazz that you have to satisfy in order to get Walker Kessler right so now I know Nicks offered two first for Kessler and they rejected big difference between the New York Knicks picks who they are young they’re talented Jaylen Brunson just took a discount to help them even further and they’re going to be very good for a long time their picks aren’t as valuable as a team like the Lakers who when LeBron James and Anthony Davis depart the Lakers could be a lottery team right we don’t know what they look like post then the hope is that that’s not the case but you never know and Danny AES has said publicly that he believes that the Lakers picks are the best on the market so you have hey Danny AES loves and values the Lakers picks so much so that he took a protected first from the Lakers in order to help them move off of Russell Westbrook gave up Jared vanderbel gave up Malik Beasley which that isn’t that much but also helped them facilitate to get d’angel Russell right so again Danny AES has shown he does really value those picks so can you give up a you know an unprotected first for Walker kastler get some assets from Chicago add that maybe you’re throwing in like I said a young player or two like or maybe it’s a pick swap or something can you clear enough salary because you got to keep in mind Walker kler and Zack combined is only like $46 million which essentially is just D ruy and uh Gabe Vincent like those three alone basically get you cleared of Zack leavine and Walker kler because Walker Kessler’s contract is so small it’s can you unload other guys to clear off enough salary cap in order to use your taxpayer mid level to bring in a Gary Trent Jr so you need to clear 5.2 million and then you need to clear off enough money to bring in you know basically two to probably probably two other signings here’s the thing though too right you don’t have to clear that much off so you have to clear the 5.2 million to to be able to get Gary Trent Jr after that you only need to clear you need to clear about 8 to 10 million in that range right because even vet minimums are based on years played right so you could bring in like let’s say it’s like a man we only have 12 guys on our roster but we only have like two and a half million to spin that’s that’s you know we can’t bring in uh uh you know a I don’t know when a Lonnie Walker right we can’t bring in Aon Walker what do we do oh no well the simple answer is you just bring in two of your two-way guys you know Blake Henson come on down cuz his vet his vet minimum contract is or his minimum contract is only like 900,000 say you just convert him to an actual roster spot now he’s 900,000 you do the same thing with like a Colin castlton or like a trayor or whatever if you needed to and you basically guarantee them a contract for 900 and there you go you’re a million under the cap you you got Zack LaVine you got Walker Kessler you got Gary Trent Jr you got um Spencer D Woody to me I believe you’re a contender at that point because look you solved your Center position right you still maintain Jared vanut you still keep Austin Reeves you got Dalton connect you got a better Coach you get Gary Trent Jr you get Spence Den witty I mean your your basically 10 or whatever would be LeBron James Anthony Davis Zack LaVine Austin Reeves Jared vanderbelt right then you have Spencer Den witty d connect um you’d still have you know Walker Kessler Max Christie right and and I feel like I’m missing somebody correct me down in the comments but you get my point right you got basically you got your nine to 10 guys yeah you fill out the rest of your roster spot with like you know like I said Blake Hinson and a and a you know Colin Castleton let’s go let’s go try to win a championship so I think that might even be the best option because you get a real ceiling razor and Zack LaVine you get a legit Center for now in the future yeah you’re getting assets that now help facilitate that Walker kler trade you can clear off some salary to bring in other guys and you’re good right like you got your nine of 10 guys all High Caliber guys to go win a championship obviously health is a big factor but if you can say healthy I think you win but anyway as always this is a discussion I pass question on you let me know your thoughts and opinions down in the comments below what do you think how do you feel what are your thoughts do you like the idea of Zack LaVine do you think yeah Zack LaVine bring him in do you like the idea of Walker kastler yes bring in walk kle if you can bring in Zack L and walk kle let’s go to me again it’s about using Utah or using Chicago to help facilitate facilitate to pull off the Walker kler trade by giving you more Assets in order to incentivize them while also using either team potentially both to clear a little extra salary in order to actually be able to contend right like that’s the idea and bring in a Gary Trent bring in a Spencer dwy bring in whatever you need right you got to clear about like I said 10 million in salary Utah could take that all on by themselves right like like I said you could they just take on DLo right like and then Chicago they’re a team that could take on a little bit of salary so you can finagle it however you need to in order to pull that off but again however you feel whatever your thoughts are let me know down in the comments below that being said if you haven’t liked this video hit that like button helps not so we enjoy these types of videos and I truly appreciate it not subcribe Channel hit that subscribe button turn on the Bell notifications appreciate yall see you in the next one thank you

Lakers Trade for Zach Lavine might be the best Trade on the market. Lakers Landing Lavine could raise the ceiling and potientially get you assets to than use to trade for another piece like the Utah Jazz Walker Kessler. The Chicago Bulls, Los Angeles Lakers and Utah Jazz could work on a 3 team trade to land both Zach Lavine and Walker Kessler on Lakers Nation. This could be the type of Lakers News we need.

  1. im thinking since the lakers are the only term in the nba that hasn't made any moves amd days are still going by without anything yet and im hearing all these great trades and lakers not moving.

  2. There is only one realistic trade that can seriously help the Lakers:
Lakers get Cam Johnson and Dayrone Sharp from the Nets + sign Gary Trent because they will clear salary with these moves

Nets get: Rui,Gabe, jhs and hayes + 2 first round unnprotected picks.
    GOOD DEAL for both teams
Lakers answer all the problems: start Cam as your SF, Sharpe is young big center and you get your 3 and D guard in trent jr

  3. With zach we’d finally have a guard a wing in Bron and a big n ad all we need is guys that do they role than what is Boston after that especially if we keep Vanderbilt what would be our weakness guys please tell me

  4. Keep dropping these facts!! Zach Lavine will open up roster spots & could potentially open up the mid level exception to make another signing or a possible trade.

  5. Aye ty not goin lie fam id take a chance with this trade. Zach fills in alot of gaps. Yea his contact is crazy. He’s been playing the same amount of games as a lot of players these last 3 seasons. Regardless he’s a bucket

  6. Man I mite have to unfollowed lakers fans do this all year and it never ever be any trades lol im sick of seeing it

  7. Naw we need another big. Kessler would be a better fit at this point. Unless you can get a defensive wing. I'd still go with a big though

  8. Best trade scenario:

Lakers receive: Zach Lavine, Collin Sexton & Walker Kessler

Bulls receive: Austin Reaves, Rui Hachimura, Gabe Vincent & Cam Reddish

Jazz receive: D'Angelo Russell, Jalen Hood-Schfino, 1 First Round Pick (CHI) & 1 Second Round Pick (LAL)

  9. Injury prone Levine will not help the Lakers. His skill set will diminish the other players. The team is not constructed to maximize his skill set.

  10. The lakers and Managment of the lakers we used to know are gone are the cowboys of the NBA ! Sell tickets , start narratives and rumors to keep our brand and name relevant! But winning that’s behind selling out ! The love and commitment of winning is no longer a priority .. and I love this guys optimism bro but u be delusional half the time like JSM and another laker YouTube guys

  11. This would be a FIREE off-season man. A rotation of
    AR/Dinwiddie
    Zach/Christie
    Trent Jr/Knecht
    Bron/Vando
    AD/Wood/Castleton

    Sounds amazing

  12. LeVine is a good player, when healthy who would definitely help the team but LeVine's contract is TERRIBLE & would choke the Lakers ability to make moves in the next 3yrs, plus, this yr it would move them past the 2nd apron. And I don't believe it would be worth the risk. The Bulls put themselves in this situation, I definitely don't want to see the Lakers bail them out!
Free agency has been a grade of D, & that's because at least they resigned their own players and as the team presently stands, in the LOADED western conference, were going to get torched! Defensively this team is NOT good, especially the backcourt and offensively were OK, which is not good enough to contend for a division title, much less a conference title! On top of 99% of the immediate impact players are already signed! As of today, it is NOT looking good for season '25.

  13. I’ve been saying Zach is the best route for the lakers. He’s a certified hooper. If anyone is gonna help AD & Bron it’s him and some additional pieces

  14. Never happening. Chicago is on a youth movement. They are rebuilding!!!! Non of this makes sense just to get rid of Zach. They would end up worse off than they are now. Bulls have also announced they are NOT taking on any player salaries!!!! That automatically blows away this deal. And it seems Chicago is firm on their announcement. I also noticed he keeps using the term "use". Use this team, use that team. No one wants to feel used. Typical Lakers fan. Always something for nothing.

  15. If u get Zach Lavine you cripple you future with this new cba and the reason I think this trade is unlikely rob is looking for the future and in no way he see Zach Lavine as a future piece past lebron era, but I would be for it if we traded the package u said but add, cam reddish in the trade but then use the 5.2 tax player mid level package jhs and Hayes for Wendell Carter maybe got to add another salary

  16. If we can swing a move like this and get lavine and Kessler for only one of our first and only send out Dlo,Rui, Gabe, and Hayes then I’m all for it. Wood can play Rui roll, we get Trent, and Spencer too?! Then we are better and deeper with like 4 GREAT youth movement pieces and still have a 1st and vando plus JHS to make another move later if we need too. I love it.

  17. I don't get you guys that hate watch this. Yeah sometimes it's annoying but also you don't have to watch every video and bitch about every video. It's not a bad thing he is trying to constantly up his channel.

  18. Makers aren't making any trades they want to rebuild through the draft and they're not trading Reeves so you're gonna be upset

  19. Makers aren't making any trades they want to rebuild through the draft and they're not trading Reeves so you're gonna be upset

  20. Man Lakers better include Reeves in any meaningful trade Zack Lavine or Kessler n sexton you send him off if teams want him. Knect will get good mins this year, don’t hurt our SGs by keeping Reeves.

  21. Bulls gm spoke yesterday stating he won’t make a trade to make a trade. Everything he said seems to state that a 1st rd pick is off the table in a lavine deal and that if the bulls have to hold onto him and see if he can increase his value at a later time.

  22. Great content Lavine,Kessler and Trent only giving up a first. Three guys who all brings what we are missing

  23. You crazy thinking zach the answer his contact is jacked up that's another russell westbrook I see you take to many shots 😂😂😂

  24. So here is the big problem with your crazy theory…Chicago do not have roster space to take on 3-4 players! They have 14 guys under contract. Just another one-sided trade.
