And everyone learns a valuable lesson about summer league

  2. FeedbackSmart2162

Idc if it’s summer league. Offensively he’s way too similar to Wiseman

    Bust.

  3. dangheckinpupperino

In 3 years when he’s a high level starter we’ll look back on this fondly

  4. Jack_M_Steel

My guy is shooting almost as bad as Bronny while being like 7 foot

  5. jeric13xd

0 for 15 is fucking nasty work at any level lmao

  6. James_E_Rustle

Man knew he would fit in well with the Wizards

Every 12 months people forget that summer league results do not directly translate to how nba careers end up being. Literally a 12 month cycle.

A 7 footer shooting 6/24 inside the 3 point line, what happened to the game I love

  9. referee-superfan

    Clingan’s defense was absolutely insane

Wizards fans are God’s strongest soldiers

Is this the dude that was saying he wanted his own team? 😂😂

Sub 20 fg% in the summer league is some crazy work.

  13. AnastasiaMoon

Time to put Alex back into the Sarrcophagus

  14. PrestigiousTowel2

They’re not sending their best, folks

I say this as a part of the fan base with the most to gain from Sarr being a bust, but “prospect with extremely raw offense has extremely raw summer league showing” doesn’t mean that much. The shooting/motor is a genuine concern, but if you genuinely believed in him long term while knowing he shot 29% from three and pretty publicly saying he wanted to be a perimeter player then you should still believe in him now

Bronny James has scored more points (I think) at a better shooting percentage than the #2 pick. Apologize.

  17. Fully expecting the No 2 pick to get as much flack if not more than a no 55 pick for shitting the bed, but that won’t happen

Weren’t lying when they said this class was dogshit

It is what it is. He’s extremely raw offensively. I don’t think it’s a big deal. We knew that. He’s not gonna be playing like this during the regular season. His role will be much more limited and he’ll be playing with talent that can set him up. The reps will benefit him down the line even if it’s ugly to watch now.

It’s summer league. Let him kinda wing it and let it fly. It hurts nobody.

  20. Nepotism, only in the league because if his brother

  21. Elite_Alice

Nah 0/15 can’t be real dawg this has to be a hater central tweet

  22. Elite_Alice

I didn’t think Kylian Hayes could be beat as the worst player in NBA history but congrats Alex, Bronny a close second

  23. Elite_Alice

7’4 and just wanna sit his soft ass outside and Jack 3s lmaooo

  24. That-Log8135

This is such a Wizards pick. Even the name sounds like a bust. Alex Sarr

  25. Madterps2021

This is summer league so he better get coached properly by Brian Keefe and the staff this regular season.

  26. Wondering_Nova

I wouldn’t put too much stock into this. In the regular season he will be surrounded by better players which should make him play better, in theory.

  27. MildlyPaleMango

I’d honestly love for this guy to flop and Risacher to flourish after rejecting to go to ATL

  28. Gamechannel360

Reed Sheppard, Castle, Clingan and Edey will be the best players from this draft.

  29. I dont know what to make of him unless his shot becomes really legit. Hes a big dude with great agility but in terms of guard skills he’s got a lot of developing to do

Does he seem like a really good playmaker to you guys?

  30. at this point id rather pick Bronny over him. 55th > 2nd

  31. sleepy_fuzz

The fact that Clingan fell to 7 and absolutely locked Sarr down tonight is something, right?

  32. swantonist

I see what LeBron meant when he said Bonny was better than some of these cats

  33. Fearless-Fly2775

I’m not gonna call him a bust yet since it’s summer league but shit this guy is Hasheed Thibet 2.0

  34. Basketball is so cooked as a sport. We got a 7 footer 2nd overall pick shooting 6-24 on 2pa.
