Tired of hearing about Lauri. Nikola Vucevic 6’10 can shoot the three rebound a versatile center that compliments draymond and kuminga. Cam Johnson 6’8 shot nearly 40 percent from three last season. I don’t see why the warriors are putting all there chips on Lauri 🤦🏾♂️
I think the trade is kinda dead now since we won't trade podz for lauri markkanen. It's cool that we get to keep podz, but it's bad since we want a better chance to win a title this year.

Dont see Lauri as that big of a difference maker. The needle does not move that much and Kerr will most likely smother Lauri with his style…Kerr has to develop something new to work with this new crew…
For me what Joe said in the interview can be taken from 2 different sides. He really do not want to give away Podz…..or….he is selling Podz to up his value. He is a business person at the end of the day.
Jazz don’t want to trade Lauri, that’s why they’re asking so much. That’s how deals like this work, when a team is desperate to win now, they give up future potential for what’s better now. I’m not saying warriors should make the trade, I’m just saying Jazz want to keep Lauri.

Getting Markhenan don't make us Playoff bound. Getting rid of growing talent for especially when it is multiples for one person makes it less attractive. Get something nice is good but if you give something better then it is not a good trade. The one thing that have made the Warriors great in the past was a strong bench. We actually have one of our stronger benches now. Now if this was for a top ten talent like Giannis or KD or some other untouchable talent then yes it might be worth it but not for a top player on a rebuilding team. Markhenan will only make the Warriors just marginally better and not really Playoff bound. Plus this is his last year on this contract and I'm sure he would want more on his next. A one year rental isn't worth the trouble. He ain't no Kawhi Leonard in a weak Eastern Conference. It will be less depending on who we trade for and all the teams in the West are getting better. If you want to be under the salary cap there is no such thing as an all in this year.

Can't take Joe's words at face value. But hes right that the team is very solid right now. Holding onto Podz for Markannen wouldnt make sense. If we keep JK and get Markannen, we will be a PROBLEM! If Utah is wise, they'd ask for JK and Moody and maybe 1 first round pick. But if they want Podz and a couple picks, have at it!
