  1. Understandable reasoning from djj. He wanted a starting role since he improved in Dallas. We also know that Luka makes role players look insane so let’s see how good he will be as a clipper. Also I’m not happy with klay as the starting sf.

  2. Djj didn't keep it 💯. Facts are he heard klay was coming but the ego got to him and coming off the bench isn't what he wanted. He could've just said he wanted to be a guaranteed starter

  3. Like Joyner said: "Pride is the devil" .
DJJ chose the money over the wins .
Wish him the best in LA but he'll regret this decision.

  4. DJJ isn’t a spark plug though. He’s just not a 6th man. He goes back to a brick layer without the starting lineup. Naji is more of a spark plug 6th man.

  5. Whatever you say about DJJ, also applies to Klay. They both left their previous employers because they weren’t going to start.

  6. I came to love DJJ, and although I'm disappointed he isn't returning, I have no problem whatsoever with him never wanting to be 'a bench player' again after finally breaking through as a starter. Wish him nothing but the best.

  7. He wanted to start – he would have made more money with the contract Naji got in Texas.

  8. DJJ will be missed but he just can’t create his own shot and his 3 point isn’t reliable. The crazy dunks will be missed but I believe we have acquired better offensive mined player in Klay and defenders. The Clippers aren’t going to run plays for DJJ unless they are alley oops. Good luck to him though.

  9. Would of loved to see the development with flight 55. I'm excited for this new team though I think the lineup keeps improving

  10. I wish him well, it's a shame not to see him with the Mavs. That being said, I think Naji could be better for us. I do wonder with 3 people being changed how the locker room and on the floor synergy will look like. If it clicks, I don't see most teams having a chance.
