  1. What’s even more impressive about this is Clingan is not really a guy who “chases” blocks, at least not from what ive seen in Summer League thus far. There are a lot of shot blockers out there who get burned by jumping way too much which throws them out of position. Not the case with Clingan, who is racking up the blocks while staying solid in the paint and just being in the right spots. He also seems to have a knack for tipping the ball or altering shots on the perimeter as well.

We definitely drafted a defensive monster.

    “The name is Cling (yuh)

    Kong (yuh)

    My arms are really (yuh)

    Long (yuh)

Takin’ out yo shooters (pow pow)

    With my dong (ayyeeeee)

Get out da paint (my house)

    And run along (bye bye)”

^^ free use in case he wants to be a rapper or something*.

*must leave the “dong” line in.

  3. Is there a similar state for altering shots? Not sure if they record that.

Saw some stats for summer league leaders. Currently he leads in rebounds, blocks, and steals. So, you know, that seems nice.
