Pretty solid all-round. RJ can just bully most FIBA guard defenders so well, and it was good to see him doing some solid PoA defense. Brooks’ defense on Wemby was highly entertaining, but I’d expect that if we go up against them in the knockout stages, we’d have a healthy dose of two-big lineups as well. Everyone played their role… SGA, Olynyk, Nembhard… Even Dort, 0 points and a team-high +20. Really reliable offense other than the first few minutes of the 2nd half.
Really hope Murray sitting out is just precautionary…

RJ was rough in the first quarter. Looked like the Knicks version forcing and rushing it. Then he calmed down and it was a huge difference.
Khem was actually not bad. Looked better than that last stunt with us and even better than Trey.
Nembhard with other scoring options/creators out there was way more effective rather than him being the only one. Hope Jordi keeps it that way.
Glad we donāt have to rely on NAW for those point minutes anymore. He was single handily the cause of Franceāa run at one point.
I thought Canada was just resting Jamal but there seems to be confusion as to why he was sitting out according to Rod Black on commentary.

I really think the team’s chemistry carryover from the WC squad can’t be under estimated. Murray is obviously the second best talent on the team but I seriously wonder if they consider having him play off the bench to anchor that unit and let the team build up reps until he can be part of the closing lineup.
