I said this yesterday and got lambasted for it. These Olympics make it clear that Tatum still sees himself as a mentee of sorts. He’s still at the kids table without realizing that unlike the Celtics you aren’t given reign to the face of the league (or being the face of USA basketball) you take it.
I am looking forward to Tatum taking that leap. He’s an amazing talent and I’m looking forward to seeing him fully unlocked and fully believing he is the best in the league
