Cheryl Miller with only 5 day notice, defeated an Olympic team that has been training and playing together for the past 3 years.
Miller did the right amount of calling plays and lets superstars show off their strengths. When Arike was going off, Caitlin did not pull an Erica Wheeler and get back in the game.
The fan vote assembled a better team than the US Olympic Selection Committee. I like Cheryl Miller for not being a bitter former athlete and never felt Caitlin’s success took away from her legacy. For that reason I like former Fever legend Tamika Catchings and Maya Moore.
Olympic Team picked an excellent group to play in the paraolympics.
Caitlin’s passing against the Team USA just reinforced she is the best passer in the league.
