How Close are The Utah Jazz to an NBA Championship?
It’s been a roller coaster of emotions for Utah Jazz fans during this rebuild. There have been a lot of exciting development to a young core of players yet still a massive question mark as to who will be the face of the team and lead them back to the NBA Championship contender conversation. Let’s take a look at how the Jazz got here and where I think they’re going.

I appreciate that Danny has actually given us options. You look at how tight the west is, and it makes sense why we needed to move on from the Mitchell and Gobert era. With Lauri, it's definitely a tough decision. I think the biggest argument for keeping him is that he might be the best player since John Stockton and Karl Malone who actually doesn't want to leave Utah. That doesn't come around often enough and I really think we are 1-2 players away from at least competing in the west. Whether that's an established player and/or some guys coming up in the '25 draft, Utah is in about as good a spot as they can be in a tight western conference.
