  1. Okay bald head Kuzhe, you don’t have an upside nor topside.

Ah yes so as retribution, Yall chucked your ass off and was the main reason team loss. Idk who this is but I’m gonna assume its one of those players that when they get the ball, they immediately shoot it. Blaming a 19 year old kid who was trying to hustle on D for their failure to get on a team is hilarious

  3. Score-Mobile

Lmao if this is a legit quote this is hilarious. Bronny the scapegoat for whoever it is trash performance. Dumb

  4. Brokenbullet14

What moron on the team would even talk to the sun

  5. He may have missed a lot of shots but he did way less dumb shit than most of the other players.

This guy is just speaking facts. I would have felt the same if im in a toxic workplace like this and a nepo baby was being given special treatment where we all have to revolve and adjust around his presence. Cmon, why do yall think no one wanna sign with the lakers this offseason? Really hope they delegate his ass to g league or the lakers team is really doomed

  7. baabaabilly

The nba subreddit is very reasonable in that thread. It’s giving Lonzo rookie season plot.

I’m sure guys feel this way about any high draft pick that gets tons of attention. The difference here is that Bronny isn’t a high draft pick. At the end of the day, it’s fine though. BRonny will play in the g-league for a while and he’s shown that he’s at least good enough to belong in the g-league. Hopefully he can continue to get better and have an NBA career which is all you can really hope for with a late second round pick

Kick out that bum. A true Lakers player never thinks this way. It’s always US.

Apparently it’s Sean East in another Lakers chat board.

Bro, Shut… the fuck up Sean East. Yeah, I know it was you. It’s so obvious, the only unknown guy that went out there and had a main character complex. Play some defense, pass the ball, make a shot instead of chucking up a million floaters. Maybe then we would have won jealous ass.

Bro acting like Bronny got 40 mins and wasn’t off ball standing in the corner the first 3-4 games taking 5 shots per game lol. Like get the fuck off this team with that weak mentality. You had your chances and you took them, how do I know that? Because we were paying attention and you missed or made bad decisions.

Let’s put it this way, if we walked away and either didn’t know who you were after or had a bad impression, THAT’S YOUR FAULT! not because the coverage Bronny got. I didn’t know who Tommy Khusey was before SL, he played well and now I do. You see how that works Sean?

They signed him to a 4 year development deal, of course they put him im a position to show off his skills, THEY’RE INVESTED IN HIM! like wtf lol Are you dense? You had your chances, you took them and played very selfishly. Bronny played within himself and was the best defensive guard in the summer league. crying about exhibition games with a 10 day contract is wild.

  12. Confident_Pen_919

If this is the reason why you couldn’t play as a team in summer league you definitely wouldn’t make the cut in league

  13. AirBishop

This is definitely Khuse if this is true. He probably passed Bronny the ball a total of 2 times the whole summer league. He would purposely not look for him on offense.

  14. flabberwabber

So… “we sucked because there were too many eyes on us”?

Yup, no, you’re not going to be an NBA player.

  15. satangod666

Bronny was literally standing in the corner with hardly any plays drawn up for him getting half a dozen shots per game while others were getting plenty of opportunities to get looks imo, 80% of that roster was trash

  16. Miserable-Lawyer-233

They don’t get to decide what someone deserves. They should focus on their roles and perform their jobs instead of being immature and jealous.

  17. outsidehere

So many players go into the league with main character syndrome which I understand to a point because they are competitors. They have to be a little delusional to get this far however sometimes reality hits you in the face faster than you can say Summer League. The Lakers are going to prioritize their own drafted players (Knecht, Bronny and Maxwell) and potentially a player they’ve shown great interest in (Castleton). That’s the truth. Also Bronny was, let’s be honest, very passive with his shots for the majority of Summer League. He passed a lot and was heavily off ball. How does that scream main star?

  18. Maybe there is a little of that? But those players are fighting for their own careers, they would be smart to only worry about themselves & not any attention other players get.
