And his cost may be much lower near the trade deadline if Jazz stink before that
Our 2025 picks are the most important pieces of our Future, I think those picks were our Non negotiables in any trade in general along with Vassell
While I think this is just Ainge doing his job to just try and milk more out of some team willing to pay… I hope the Jazz get stuck with Lauri, win 34 games, get the 11th pick, lose it to OKC, then have Lauri demand a trade anyway and they get less than what they could have this year because few teams have a max salary matching salary to go out. Ainge will deserve it, and I’ll LMAO
I don’t get why would Markannen sign this extension. Isn’t it better for him to finally be a FA and free to choose where to play instead of being locked with a team that’s probably not making the playoffs in the foreseeable future ?
