Zach Lowe says it hard to build brandon Ingram trade in cooper flagg tank year. BI for Lopez and portis straight up. No picks. Bucks probably need to trade connaughton to get out of 2nd apron 1st though. Bucks offense can be way faster with giannis at center. If he doesn't improve his shooting he shouldn't even be playing any other position.

Chi Lavine is clearly not a superstar id put him at third tier all star level.
But I'm surprised that orl wasn't interested. I think they need a guard who can score and play up tempo. The bulls need to gift Giddey the team. He has potential but needs his own show.
Markkanen Utah has no future as far as becoming a contender. They have several picks. This yrs draft was limited but there in a perfect position to stay young and cheap as possible.
Heat may be better off starting trading bam and Butler. Considering Mia is a popular city and you haven't landed another star. Herro as a good young piece and you still have a good organization. Id look for draft assets at this point. Resign Jimmy for a trade piece.
My clippers probably need to move off Leonard and harden. Start over
Hornets need to to make a move now that they signed bridges for cheap .
Either trade him and ball or make a move to place another player there. Leonard might be a good piece and he isn't exactly popular but the organization has missed on to many picks to rely on the draft.
I don’t think he fits the Spurs timeline, they should definitely not give up anything for him. The acquisitions thus far are brilliant because they lose nothing with Paul and Barnes. Most of the team is on rookie deals so someone has to get the money over the next two years to meet the cap floor. Spurs need two more pieces out of this next loaded draft then go all in!

There are like 12 competitive teams in the west n Utah is not one of them which means the should be sellers to enter the Copper Flagg sweepstakes. But imagine if instead they are buyers n trade assets for Ingram to compete now lol I mean assuming they keep their core around Markenan n Ingram that would be a playoff team the East but would be wild to do in the West.

Ingram is a tough fit for a lot of reasons and in a tough situation, and I think teams question his competitive spirit too. No one wants to pay a guy like that big money for several years.

No one is talking about this but if Utah keeps Lauri that's makes their team far too good to be in the Flagg tankathon, because they will be better than at least 5-6 teams if they have a full season with their young guys and mix of vets and obviously Lauri. So wouldn't they have to tank and so have to trade Lauri before the season begins? Cause otherwise they will half tank again and not get any of the top 5 guys in the class

I think its so crazy that now if you're a team and you have a superstar of any kind, even Zion who hasn't been healthy ever, you are obligated by NBA social norms to trade the entire team and all future assets to chase a title. Where are the days stars had to show you they can be top 5 before you made big moves. Where is the respect to building over time and not rushing every team to big trades?
The funny thing is that both BI and Lauri have the same problem people don't notice much on bad teams. They only play like 70% of games and are rarely healthy in the playoffs. That's horrific for anyone relying on them as more than a 3rd/4th best player on your team
