I love this roster! As long as our Big 3 stay reasonably healthy, we are deep enough across the board with the role players to still whoop teams! This year is gonna be great!
Santi just seems like he copes better to the European game. So far I haven’t been impressed in Memphis.
Luke likes his place/community in Collierville, doesn't want to be bouncing around now that he's got a kid. Also, no state income tax in TN and very low cost of living compared to other NBA cities.
You wanna bring in all of these players? Who are you gonna replace in that top 10? The locker room chemistry on this team will be special. There's no need to bring some new ego in, in my opinion..
So let me get this straight, the Grizzlies' title contending moves were:
Overpaying for a reluctant shooter/one-dimensional player, drafting 3 rookies, and signing a GLeague big. You can't make this stuff up, lolollz.
This organization is so arrogant and talks a good game, like they want to win titles, but their actions don't match. Ja, Des, and Trip deserve so much better than what their HC and front office have given them.
