The HC of the Indiana Pacers is also an irrational Mathurin stan

I dunno why this comes up ALL the time. "I don't see any star potential, you're crazy" " all he does is score". "Trade Mathurin and keep Andrew Nembhard because he might develop into a 15 and 6 guy".

Just an FYI Mathurin Stans, Carlisle is one of us

I dont see why Ben Math cant be a future MVP. I dont think he has a ceiling

  2. I knew as soon as I saw this, who would’ve posted it. Like I’ve said, I hope Carlisle is correct and I’m 100% wrong, but if Carlisle was always right he would have far more than 1 Championship to his name.

Mathurin could be a generational wing he has it all

He just turned 22 last month. By the time Mathurin is in his prime (25-33) he will be an Allstar-caliber player.

I work for the Arizona Wildcats media and seeing the growth from his Freshman year to now and projecting it into his next 3-4 years I have no doubt he will be at that level. That could be, with the Pacers, or on some rival so that he can draw 14 fouls on the Pacers backcourt as revenge.

He’s an elite SG in the future. Once he makes the jump this team is contenders. Hali, Him,Nesmith, Pascal, Turner. Bench: TJ, Nembhard, Walker, Obi, Ijax…Elite bench too.

  6. I see him as a potential Ant-lite similar to the Jokic Domas comparisons. Absolute shame we didn’t get to see him in the playoffs. He got that dog
