About time you see the value of Payne, I have seen a number of times this guy has performed well against the Knicks, besides his extensive experience. No shade on Kolek but Tibes will play a vet before a rookie. Love our teams' focus on defense!

I wanted Tyrus Jones. Payne is a Knick at the moment so I'm gonna wish him success while he's living the Orange and Blue life. If that trade for Jalen Duren becomes a reality anytime during the season via a three or four-team deal, Leon can add Payne if that makes it work. If not, Payne's past chemistry with Bridges might prove beneficial in the playoffs. We shall see…

We don’t really know yet if Thibs is going to play Kolek over Cam who has playoff experience. Tyler has upside but he’s the third PG option I believe based on Thib’s disposal of players he chooses to put out on the court. Hopefully because he has more players that he likes he might be more inclined to increase the rotation to 10 players with Tyler being the odd man out when everyone is healthy. Just my opinion.
