6’9 shoots 40% from 3 and in the upper group of wing defending? Yeah I’m gonna need two firsts @Lakers

Not to mention it’s reasonable to believe (as I do) that he can be even better than the numbers show if he was playing on a team that was actually fighting for contention. Why would he give 100% and wear out his body on a team that doesn’t want to win more games? There’s no point in him sacrificing himself to win a few more games, still not make the playoffs, and get a worse draft pick. Dude is a professional, and he understands what’s being asked of him. Fully believe he will look even better once he gets traded somewhere his efforts will really matter.

What the hell does this graph mean? Its clearly not points given up per isolation because nobody would be negative but players are? Perimeter isolation defense is not inherently measurable. What is this graph attempting to measure?

Idk what this graph even means. What is the Y-axis telling us? I’ll say this, Jerami is an overall B- caliber defender. He’s long and has good reaction time and instincts. With that said, he’s too slow to stay in front of guards and fast 3s, and too skinny to guard bigs. He also is allergic to rebounding for some reason, which is a knock on his defense since I consider defensive rebounding an element of defense. With all that said, I want Knecht and 3 unprotected firsts please 😁
