Miami Heat fans like to complain about contracts, especially with the team trying to stay under the second apron. In that light, Ethan Skolnick and Alex Toledo go through the list of 2024-25 season salaries in the NBA to see where Tyler Herro fits… and whether it’s fair based on his production and potential.

Makes almost double what Reeves & Monk make. Its a clear overpay and one of the worse deals in the league
Let’s go heat
Herro is a fine contract he’s a good not great player which is perfect
What does Duncan make?
What does Jimmy make? He only plays half the games. And I love Jimmy.
More important is what are the owners making
He’s slightly overpaid but not terribly for a player averaging 20, 5 and 5 on 40 percent from three.
It’s a soft cap. Who cares?
If Herro’s contract is so reasonable, why does no team in the league want it?
He's not the 58th best player
Fair to who?
