Spurs Make the Right Choice Not Trading For Lauri Markkanen?
The San Antonio Spurs were linked to a potential Lauri Markkanen Trade but ultimately the Utah Jazz resigned Markkanen. The Spurs have really upgraded the roster around star Victor Wembanyama and Markkanen would of been a massive pick up for them but did they make the right choice not trading for Markkanen?

Asking price is to high
The west is super stack, in 2-3 years maybe it will be different, Lebron normally will be on his way out (if he doesn t decide he will be the first 45 years old player in the league 😂) Gs will start rebuilding, Phoenix will stop this shit with Beale Durant and Booker, Clippers will probably even go down this year and maybe some other teams will do the same + Victor is not the franchise player who can help you having a championship window for 3 years he is that guy at least for the 12 next fucking years , for me the team is very good and cohérent like that, they should keep it like that maybe trade Trae Jones for draft assets with the guard they signed today, try to compete maybe make a first play in with Victor, make the lottery for this draft which should be quite good and build around this, start to be really competitive in the timing when Victor will be close to resign to show him the best reason to resign (The opportunity to win with the Spurs !) since everyone talks about the Markenen trade i m very sceptical about that Spurs should not loose any asset until this timing i talked about before, because if they do that to try to make a run in this stack west 1) it has a lot of chance to not work 2) maybe they will have loose this assets stupidly for nothing and Victor will want to go Somewhere where he thinks he can play for a ring (sorry bad englush i m French)
Nope, we didn't miss out, Lauri missed out at this point, maybe not in money, but Championships!!! Also I'm really hoping we can hold on to CP3 for 2 years at least, even if one year is just as a mentor because I wanna see Castle, & my hometown player Wesley succeed!!! Spurs4Life Baby!!! 💪😎🤟💕💯
