The way that team USA celebrated after the win was handed over to them by referees was really shameful.

The USA can thank the referee from Panama for the win. Serbia won three quarters, each of them… they call 4 fouls in 45 seconds in 4 quarters for the Serbian team. Alleged foul by Jokic, where along with three points they also get the ball for another attack.
It was so funny to see Bogdonobitch leave the floor like a crying little girl.
Denver Nuggets fans seem to be forgetting that Team USA has now beat Serbia 3 times and only one game has been close. Serbia gave their best shot, got really lucky chucking up 3s, got beat by a much, much, more talented team with the best players in the world.

"Team" USA got some help from the refs last night. Jokic's 4th faul – it was a faul but before the 3pt shot so the shot was not ment to stand ->instead USA gets the 3pt and a new possession (and score a new 3) WHICH WOULD NEVER BE CALLED BY A GOOD REF… The refs had to foul out Jokic and after his 4th it was easy game for USA onwards.. Numerous traveling were not called by the refs (the one in 4/4 where LeBrick takes it half court and Bogdanovic called for a foul). Lebrick b*tching all the time to the refs… Embid flopping like he was struck by a truck…
I'm not saying that the Serbia/Pesic didn't not make mistakes by keeping Micic (worst starting PG in Serbia's team in last 20 years) & Dobric and not playing Avramovic and Guduric to give us more energy….
But USA did get some help from the refs and were pushed same as the France to the finals since nobody would watch it otherwise… Do not pretend that the refs were really bad in 4th quarter and that their dubious decions did not push USA's scoring run…
USA basketball team should be ashamed of themselves for the last night's performance 12 NBA All-Stars got outplayed by 1 NBA All-Star 1 NBA 6th man 2 NBA bench warmers and the rest were Euroleague role plays – not even main players in their teams ffs!!!
And to be losing for 36mins then only to be pushed by the refs…Shameful…
USA has basically privatized these whole Olympic tournament and the refs and I wouldn't be surprised that their athlethes were also doped, since the same doping test don't apply to their athletes…

It was a fantastic game by Serbia which might have triggered LeBron's PTSD from Jokic by the end. My hope is that it benefitted both teams going into the last match. Hopefully the US got a taste of the humble pie before the match with France, and Serbia a confidence boost before the match with Germany.

I turned on the game, sat back and just let my fandom go whatever direction felt right. I ended up rooting for Serbia and Jokic. He gave us a championship, so I can root him on in the Olympics. He almost pulled it off. And HUGE credit to the other sharpshooting Seribian players who left it all out on the court. Great effort!!
USA needed 11 best NBA players + one naturalized MVP, best shooting night from the best shooter, triple double from the LBJ and favourable refs to beat Serbia. Hats off to Serbia.
