Kevin Durant sounds stupid. He said we all come together and they chant USA, but how is that coming together if you are not caring about all of the other countries. They aren't coming together to in humble unity to chant USA, they are coming together in pride/arrogance to chant USA. I respect the athletic dedication and fitness and health, but it's obvious that competitiveness is a terrible motive and playing competitive basketball doesn't provide any service to anyone. Sports involve significantly increasing your odds of getting injured and the sport is set up to encourage people to feel superior and celebrate when they win and inferior and disappointed when they lose, which is ego/narcissism.
(edit) The US vs Serbia game will be sweeter to remember for the rest of the Team USA players' lives if they win against France
