Of course not. Guy has started 34 of 246 games for the Bulls and when the season starts will have been gone for nearly three years. The very notion of him rising like a Phoenix from the ashes in glory to be an NBA starter upon his return is ridiculous. Bulls didn't trade AC for Josh and take the keys from Coby for Lonzo Ball to start at PG. Or co-PG or whatever. I'm also not excited to see 'Zo and Giddey on the floor together. That don't sound too special. What they gonna do? Tricks? Harlem Globetrotter stuff? What people need to understand is we're getting 'Zo the person back. We're not getting 'Zo the player back. That's gonna be a different animal.
Trade bait
Him and Zach can be perfect trade candidates if they improve their value. Lonzo is on an expiring contract and Zach can be a useful scorer for a team with playoff and/or championship aspirations. We shall see.
