I think their center could help us more

  2. He played a good game, but flamed out of the NBA years ago.

  3. No. We need a defensive center more. He played well for France because they have a system and players that fit in that system. We don’t have that.

That poster on Bron was insane. It reminded me of the one Kobe did on Nash. LMAO

  5. user-whatsareddit

Love him. Active, tough 4. Ben Wallace haircut. He just needs the arm bands.

I swear i heard the announcers say he can stretch the floor but admittedly i only watched 1 France game, which was the gold medal game.

He’s a bit of a tweener. Wing size player who plays like a big. Kind of a David Roddy type with shades of Sadiiq Bey. He looked switchable 1-5 in the Olympics but tbd on how much that translates to the NBA. Same goes for his ability to hit threes off the catch.

Hard to see rotation minutes for him as long as Rui and Vando here but would be open to him replacing Reddish.

The idea that someone can really help us but is also affordable and available is strange to me

  8. incredibleamadeuscho

I would rather have him than Christian Wood as PF/C, but I don’t think its worth 2RP to off load Wood.

  9. halcyondread

I was thinking the same thing. I’d love to take a shot on him.

  10. ChiefRicimer

Shit I’d rather take a flyer on him than Reddish for another year

  11. Meaty-clackers

If we are looking at NBA cast-offs from the Olympic squads I would rather have Wenyen back.

  12. HelloImKebin

Nba scouts knows there has to be reasons why

  13. I liked Marial Shayok of S.Sudan team he was a bucket getter. I think we could use him as well

  14. Prestigious_Value534

He’s has defensive limitations and is an average 3pt shooter. We could say he’s a Walmart Aaron Gordon. Not NBA caliber. We’ve got Vanderbilt who’s actually a top 20 perimeter defender.

  15. starlord37

How about Mathias Lessort instead. He had some pretty good minutes for team France and is slightly taller

  16. wholewheatcanuck

Hard pass!!!! He’s a tweener that will be a huge defensive liability.  Two or three straight possessions in the final game LeBron and Embiid were switch hunting him and Embiid had 2 easy buckets over him.  He reminds me of Montrez Harrell.  Same frame, same game, same bad defense.

  17. Miserable-Lawyer-233

Team USA won by exploiting his defense. He was switched onto Curry and it was goodnight.

  18. Soviet_Sharpshooter

I don’t know why people are saying that he doesn’t make sense/wouldn’t be a good fit for the team. I think a legit concern with him is his shooting, but he could give us everything else that we need more of: perimeter defense, toughness, physicality, and rebounding

I watched a few of the French games. The guy was a beast. He pushed LeBron aside easily, even Jokic has to work with LBJ on him. Plus, he doesn’t back away from the tough guy role…

Some guys just take a bit longer to develop. I saw he played for Boston. Does anyone own his rights?

  20. ColeHoops

He’s gonna lose 10 overalls when takes off the France jersey
