Zach shouldn’t even want to come back to my bulls he mite as well force our hand
This is a wait and see situation with Zach. If Zach has another injury set back then no, LaVine is not a trade asset. The same can be said about P Will and Lonzo. If the Bulls knew this, then there was no need to re-sign P-Will to that new contract, with health issues. With Lonzo, Zach, Jevon, Torrey, and Vuc still on this roster, this was never meant to be a full tear down. If Dalen Terry doesn't show any progress, he can be on the trading block also.
I think we should trade lavine to one of these teams.
1. Lakers: lavine for d-lo & a pick
2. Magic: lavine for Wendell Carter Jr. & a pick
3. Jazz: Lavine for walker Kessler and a pick
4. Pistons: Lavine for Isaiah Stewart and a pick
We're a team full of guards. Coby and Ayo should be the building blocks at this point. Trade everyone else and then we can have a definitive direction. Bringing in Giddey only complicated things even more. They should have traded Alex for a traditional PF or draft picks.
The problem with the Bulls is all teams have gotten better. I don't know 1 team in the East that hasn't gotten better. So where does that stand when you are comparing the Bulls to the East? Let's go down the line.
1. Boston – Boston better, not even close: Tatum, Brown, Porzingis, Derrick White, Jrue Holiday
2. Sixers – Sixers better not even close: They added Paul George, Drummond, Caleb Martin to go with Embiid and Tyrese
3. Knicks – Knicks better: They added Mikal Bridges to Brunson, Julius Randle, Anunoby, Hart,
4. Bucks – Bucks better: Giannis, Lillard, Middleton, Lopez, Gary Trent
5. Pacers – Pacers Better: Halliburton, Turner, Siakam, Toppin, Mcconnel
6. Cavaliers – Cabs better: Donovan, Darius Garland, Jarrett Allen, Evan Mobley, Caris Levert,
7. Orlando – slightly better: Banchero, Kaldwell Pope, Wagner, Cole Anthony, Wendell Carter, Isaac, Suggs
8. Miami – slightly better – Bam, Herro, Terry Rozier, Butler, Robinson
9. Hawks – slightly better – Trae, #1 pick, Bogdanavich, Capela, Hunter, Jalen Johnson (breakout in 2023)
10. Charlotte – maybe even – Lamelo, Brandon Miller (2nd runner up to ROY), and Miles Bridges
11. Toronto – Bulls better: Scottie Barnes and R J Barrett
12. Brooklyn – Bulls better: Traded Mikal Bridges for that Cooper Flagg draft
13. Wizards – Bulls better: Kyle Kuzma, Jordan Poole, Valanciunas, #2 Alex Sarr
14. Detroit – Bulls better: Cade, Tobias Harris
Based on this, I see the Bulls one of the 4 worse teams in the East.
