If we’re going to use the last roster spot, it should be on a forward that’s an energy guy. He at least fits that mold.
Plus being a French player is a huge plus. So I’m not against it

No. He is 28, is the 4th leading scorer on a EuroLeague team and didn’t even look good in almost all of their Olympic Games. He had one good game, people are overreacting. He is not an NBA player, it was one game

There is zero reason not to considering how well he played and that we could absolutely use his physicality and energy. He was an absolute joy to watch during the gold medal game and I’d be stunned if he wasn’t in the nba next season for a team.

Yeah, he has shown some grit during the entire Olympics run when he became a starter. Should be good for a 10-day contract to prove himself yet again. The Olympics or any national competition, hypes up the players and teams because the energy is different. It’s like a knockout game each game even during the 1st round-robin. The NBA is a different environment, he has to quickly contribute if he wants to stay for longer.

He’s interesting but kind of old. He could be good to have around if we end up pushing for the playoffs but if we’re just going to be bad again it may be better to keep someone younger to develop instead

Thought the same damn thing watching that finals game. How is he not on a roster period

Hands down my favorite player that I didn’t know going into the Olympics. Absolute beast.
