Just like the renowned 3-point shooter, Ben Simmons. With the same back issues to boot.

Idk when I see “shooters” they seem more fluid and effortless. His shot seems forced. I hope I’m wrong but he’s a bust.

Until he’s consistent in games that’s what they call a practice player.

He shot 43% from 3 on good volume in 15 games in the g-league.
He has also hoovered around 78~80 FT% since college.
In terms of the form, mechanics, and the ability to commit it to muscle memory, he’ll be fine. The rest is just the mental side.

Sorry dude but I don’t care how many shots you can hit in an empty gym.

Really hope the kid can show some progress this year. He’s got good size at his position and shot better in the G. Dude just had major yips when he hit the Staples floor

Dang. This poor kid can’t do anything right. He practices and hits Jumpers somehow you guys complain. He’s injured you guys complain. Let him develop. He needs time. He might suck but no one will know without a fair oppourtunity

But can he get his head out of his ass?
angel2timez
He gets in during garbage time after 2 hours of sitting, idk how anyone thinks he suppose to shine in those moments. He looked good in g league and he’s putting in the work. It will take time for any player not playing to adjust to the nba and also play for a big franchise like the lakers
