The Blazers have the most UNDERRATED young core in the entire NBA, and today I take on that topic, and discuss WHY they should be looked at differently.

You can find some BIG fish at the bottom of the barrel
I sure hope scoot becomes an all star.
Can't say underrated when they haven't proven themselves. I think they're being slept on a little, maybe. It depends on if Shae IS that guy we hope. Same with Scoot. Cling and Deni could be monsters. I'm just excited for it!
We need a coach who understands the athletic fast paced roster we have and stop the bs iso ball schemes, we don’t revolve around dame anymore so it’s beyond time to evolve the offense. But seriously think we have some solid potential if given the right path to reaching their ceilings.
I want to keep Ayton, I think Donovan have a couple things to improve, and I think he can do it, but give him some time, in the other hand Anfernee, I want to keep him, but they dont so they are just going to trade him.
We have a great bench!
For the algorithm 😉
I think this draft coming up will define how good the Blazers rebuild will be. If they hit well there and the young guys develop then we will be a very dangerous team.
If the organization lets them cook I think they could be a sneaky play in team next year…. I just don’t think they will let them cook this year, maybe next year
I absolutely love Ant but I don’t think he fits with the group and style they want to run (I hope I’m wrong) I say trade him to the Bucks for MarJon and a pick
True title.
Mediocre not going anywhere and Scoot is a bench player in the future..
Grant and Ant are both hopefully moved by the trade deadline. This team is Scoot and Sharpe's to take the helm. They should be the starting backcourt and developed. Grant and Ant sadly will be taking valuable mins from Avdija who should be starting PF. Camara should be the starting SF. Eventually, Clingan becomes starter and this becomes versatile team. The passing with Deni, Scoot, and Clingan to catch Camara and Sharpe cutting towards basket is exciting. This team ultimately wants to be bad the next year or 2 and continue to gain high draft picks to further bolster this young core and potentially add a game changer. Playing Ant and Grant heavy mins delays developing the young core that should be playing together going through growing pains and building chemistry at the expense of winning games that Ant and Grant playing heavy mins might facilitate when they actually dont wanna be winning enough to lessen high lottery odds. This team is looking for a star to build around and its not Simons and Grant. Scoot and Sharpe must be given the keys.
I get being a homer but bruh. The Blazers are trash from 1-15 and a wife beater as a head coach. I had them in the 20s last year for wins and I don't see much more from them this upcoming season. Also, Portland has shown to be a place players HAVE to be as opposed to a place they WANT to be and so if anyone turns into a star or even a good role player will bounce first chance they get. So no, until Portland drafts another all-time great, they will bottom feed.
Ypu forgot to mention the biggest elephant in the room, J. Grant. His trade value is at the highest now, does not meet the age group, and should be traded tomorrow.
1k soon goat
Jalen Green isn't a star
Hell yeah, get Flagg next draft and turn Grant/Ayton and maybe Ant into something useful and boom.. superteam
