  1. The Lakers are clearly not a well-run organization but id say the injuries of both LeBron and ad killed the ad lebron era. By now I think Lebron cant carry a team any more, not for long stretches. if LeBron was on a stacked team maybe but that is the only scenario. people complain about the role players but Lakers had denver tied with 30 second left twice with lebron with the ball. he lost cause he isn't that guy any more. not with having to play 40 minutes. people need to accept this and idk how Lebron looks not playing as the guy. My hope is ad would be that guy but he drifts in and out and when he is on lebron still takes all the shots late. the other issue is dlo in the playoffs. change dlo with a two guard. i think we are a lot better but no one wants dlo for some reason

  2. Not a bunch of profanity and arguing, no just picking on one player, not proposing a bunch of dumb trades your channel is already better than ais lakers, lakers lounge, and the locker room

  3. Man i like everyone on the team, wish we could give them a chance with vando and Vincent healthy but agree we shouldn’t be hoping for stuff with Lebron at 40

  4. We probably could’ve hired someone better than Ham. My only regret over the years was not just hiring Kidd as head coach and letting Vogel go.

  5. I'll answer your question this way… Yes & No. Yes, because I think they listen to fans too much and hopefully they are learning from that. Every year you see these so-called Lakers fans, EVERY YEAR, they want change. And every year those fans have gotten change, but they aren't ever satisfied. This team has not been able to relax and build continuity. Even now there are some wanting 500 trades. And Yes, because they could have hired better coaches when they had a chance, and they didn't.

No. Because their main players became injury prone and because of that the team suffered.

When comparing the front office versus the injuries both are reasons the Lakers have failed. So, I put some of this on the players for not stepping up as well.

  6. I think this is a no brainer question!!!! They have absolutely failed year after year!!! You have two of the best players in the world and you surrounded them with bench guys every year
