I’ll go out on a limb and say this is my all-time favorite era. It’s probably just childhood nostalgia but I love the red outline on the mountain logo WAY more than the blue that followed it, and I definitely like it more than what we have going on now. I also liked how it fit nicely with the [Rockies alternate logo](https://content.sportslogos.net/logos/54/58/full/3784_colorado_rockies-alternate-1993.png). Any time I look for vintage Nugs gear/merch this is the era I go for.

First logo i remember. (Born in 91) I love it. I have a patch of it and the powder blue logo on the roof of my car.

One of my least favorite eras aesthetically tbh, but appreciate it for nostalgia’s sake I suppose

I always wanted to like it more. It was the single peak that gets me, as if Colorado was Mt. Fuji, just one peak sticking up. It just doesn’t quite work. But I prefer these to the powder blue era, no doubt.

It’s probably a lot of nostalgia but I love this look. Half of my nuggets gear is this era

I like it, I grew up with that logo so it’s nostalgic. I do think the color scheme looks way better than the Melo era colors with the same logo

Strong dislike. At the time it felt cool and the rainbow skyline felt played out. Now, this feels *terribly* dated and the old skyline and powder blues are much better.

I loved this logo when it debuted. I thought the rainbow skyline was looking way too long in the tooth and felt a refresh should have happened years prior.

I ran down to the old sports castle and bought a hat with a new logo on it.

I’ll NEVER forget the moment because it was also the same day Waco burned to the ground. There was an old b&w TV at the register and they had the news coverage on while I made my purchase.

I’m not a fan of the color scheme they use tbh

Maybe I’m in a minority here, but I absolutely hate it. The colors do nothing for me, do not evoke anything about Denver or the team. I like the mountain, but it’s mostly those colors I can’t stand.

I think we’ve had a lot of crappy uniform designs over the years: I honestly hate most of them. This one for me is the worst, although those black 5280 jerseys might be just as bad.

I like classic, old-school looks. All the legacy teams have classic uniforms and don’t deviate much. And they’re all effective. LAL, BOS, NYK all have terrific schemes and when they play with them, it’s riffing on that scheme. Those “New York New York” jerseys for example are fire. Denver is constantly reinventing the whole thing with different fonts and colors and it mostly sucks balls. There are a few teams that do crazy stuff that really works for me. Top of the stack is definitely PHO, which now has a whole series of great uniform designs. Minny is hit-or-miss (the dayglo green is an abomination, but what about the Prince design–excellent). Miami has done some really cool stuff too. We never seem to get it right (although I like the Mile High Basketball logo).

When I was a kid, I thought Rainbow Skyline was wack, but I like it now. I wish they’d go back to that or something even older.

It’s interesting to see how people’s perspectives change over time, but when this logo and color scheme was released in 1993 it was almost universally embraced as a huge upgrade over the rainbow skyline jerseys, of which were for many years considered some of the ugliest in NBA. It was only in the last 10-15 years where that view changed.

That 3rd photo of “Denver Nuggets” was not part of that logo package by the way. They dropped that font entirely with this logo package. It’s definitely made by someone.

Personally I loved it at the time, but they felt very dated by the time they were updated in 2003.

  12. I love it! This is the era of Nuggets from my childhood so I’ll always have a special place for it in my heart

  13. skylinerainbow

Hated it at the time, mildly dislike it now.

to me, it feels corporate, bland, soulless.

I do love that Jokic had it as a kid though, that picture did soften me up on it.

  14. Better than the yellow and sky blue design but the current design is way better.

  15. jschem16

Can’t say it’s my favorite, but I really liked the powder blues, so what do I know? 🤷‍♂️

  16. Pauldh11

That’s the logo I grew up with. I love it.

  17. Sprinklewoodz

I much prefer the baby blue and royal blue colorways.

  18. SuperDoubleDecker

Imo the color scheme is hideous. The logo itself is better than the current one.

  19. AMCDogecoin

I really liked the white jerseys with this logo, but I cannot help associating it with those horrible teams lead by Antonio Mcdyess
