  1. Isiah's goal was never mediocrity as a player. His goal was greatness, as he clearly stated in this clip. To go from that, to being hopeful for 25 wins just seems offensive to him, and I can totally understand that. I'd feel the same way if I was once a player of his caliber who experienced the success he has. We need to raise the bar, not lower it. Give the team something to aspire to. If we expect poor results, then we will surely get that. We need to expect greatness as an organization. Thank you, Zeke… for bringing that concept back to our Pistons consciousness.

  2. Gores is a really good man. He is a very rich man with a social conscience, a rare thing in this world. But that, unfortunately, does not make him a good NBA owner. He relies on "cronies" whose judgement has been terrible, Arn Tellum being the number one dum-dum and town idiot. Gores also favors evangelical and highly religious players. Well, they may say yes to Jesus but they haven't been born again into the NBA. My idea of faith is working your butt off to get better. I think Gores, Ivey and some others are waiting for God to miracle their asses into the playoffs. Bad take on God in my book, and some really crappy basketball. A little less Jesus and a lot more sweat equity, if you please.

  3. Maybe it's just me, but it's sad even hearing Zeke trying to wrap his head around this team nowadays.

  4. Honestly with the players added this off season, I expect that they will win about 22 games. I think they will be worse off defensively especially down low this year then they were last.
