  1. Kenny Lofton looks like he could bring some toughness to the Bulls which they really need even if it's just a garbage minutes

  2. He's a very hungry player (legit no pun intended) as he clearly tries really hard when he actually gets minutes. The scary part is that he legitimately does still look just as unhealthy now (from 2024 summer league clips) as he did a few years ago. No doubt, he has the basketball skills, but it's pretty obvious that his conditioning is a big problem. I hope I'm wrong because he's a very special player indeed, but I don't think he could handle the pace the Bulls play at when they're playing well.

  3. You mentioned him as a liability on defense, but he's way worse than any highlight could show, especially in transition where his quick feet and burst in a half-court offense help him, his top-end speed is bottom quartile in the league opening up transition dunk after transition dunk to even the most unskilled bigs.
I like him, I root for him, but he's not NBA-caliber.

  4. Dog, the weight jokes need to chill. 1:28 there’s only so many players that can fill an nba roster. Regardless of his weight he’s one of the guys who can play in the league

  5. Biggest concern about his weight is he can't afford to gain anymore. And the fact its fat shows he has an issue with eating habits. By no means should someone with his job description by that big. Baseball, football, wrestling, ping pong…whatever? Fine. Basketball? No. Dude is 6'6 not Shaq. Some beefier players carry it better than others, he appears at his tipping point, however. I like him fine, his "conditioning" I'm sure is fine. Give him an opportunity. But he needs to lose weight imo. Drop just 10lbs. Doesn't sound like a lot but imagine if he gains 10 more? Thats a 20lb switch and indeed a lot! His joints, feet, legs….all can be affected negatively. If we have him stick around lets get him on a healthier diet, good eating habits, and make sure he's at least trending in the right direction. Even if he stays exactly as he is now.

  6. I say get rid of Bitim and get this guy {Lofton} a nutritionist and make him understand this is not allowed🍔🍟🍕🌭if he wants play pro 🏀

  7. 6’ 6” but 276lbs is a great short center for Billy. Billy likes a shorter lineup, bc that’s how he decides to relate, and this is a good young guy, for it. If he can lien down a bit, he’ll be a good 4, but he can do the 5 rn. Not many blocks probably but he will body up. Our next best option was 215lb Jalen so

  8. If he is 6”7, then at 270 he should look like hes in shape with clothes on. He looks like hes around 350

  9. I agree. It is two way deal. And I think Drell has better odds to make a NBA main roster than lofton.

  10. If Kenny can keep them pounds off he def got that Zion like potential my g!!!! It like boom boom tho cause he def he feeling dem burgers and fries kapow kapow no cap 💥💥💥💯💯💯🐐🐐

  11. Is he related to former MLB player Kenny Lofton (famous for playing Centerfield, especially for the Cleveland Indians)?
