If I had $196 billion I’m giving every African American earning less than $65,000 a $10,000 cheque. That’s $95 billion gone, so now I’m left with $101 billlion.
I’m using $99 billion to create free education hubs and trade schools in impoverished areas AND I’m starting some type of store chain that can employ unskilled workers on more liveable wages.
That leaves me with $2 billion to enjoy and leave to family and friends.

It'll be a cold day in hell before the NBA allows Bezos to be an owner. Someone with his resources could single-handedly throw off the balance of power in the NBA. He could pay $2b in luxury tax and not even feel it.

Steve Ballmer is a businessman who could afford to gamble on a business venue that he paid 2.2 billion for. Which is now worth 4.65 billion. You don't get to be a billionaire by blowing money.
